I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the place was considering how close it is to the airport. I did not even know there was a neighborhood in the area before.
I feel these are minor adjustments.
The toilet seats should be self-closing.
Our bathroom sink drained very slowly so it needs to get cleaned out much more often and the toilet itself was running constantly.

Good location for where I needed to go. Room had been renovated and was quite large and pleasant. Nice Breakfast selection. Very pleasant general manager.
My only suggestion is the TV was hard to see from the bed. I've stayed in other hotels where the TV was on the wall but could be moved at an angle for better visibility. This one didn't move.

The room had recently been renovated and it was clean.
Renovations are still going on so there were construction noises and materials being moved through the hallways. They also charged $20 a night for parking which was not made clear when booking the room. The room would have benefitted from having an easy chair to accommodate reading or watching television.

Queen basic room was spacious with desk, bed, tv, bathroom and coffee maker
Breakfast offered hot food selection, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits and more
This room did not have a refrigerator or microwave.
The bath sink basin coating was peeling in several places

In 2025, I would think a hotel like Hampton Inn would have basic amenities like a refrigerator and a microwave!
Even Motel 6 has these. Do better please!

The rooms were nice and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
It has a bit of an outdated interior and a poor breakfast with not a lot of choices.
