Staff was decent.
The towels were dingy and thin. No blankets or extra towels. We had to ask for the them desk. I was even afraid to use towels on my face. There was no coffee service. They had a couple of items at the desk but no real selection. Not even a paper cup in the room. The hotel is next to a very busy strip club (naked ladies dancing). I would NOT recommend this hotel to women traveling alone or a family.

1st red flag: There were NO lights on in the lobby or anywhere else. In fact, I thought the place was closed until I checked the front door; it was open. There was one light above the front desk. When I asked the young lady behind the desk, why all the lights are off, she offered no explanation, only began turning on some lights. I asked for a ground floor room and was told none was available when the parking lot was virtually empty. In the room, the bathroom doorknob almost came off in my hand when I opened it, and there were NO towels provided. Front desk brought us towels but, in the morning, we realized there was NO bath mat either. An open soap from a previous tenant was on the tub. Getting ready for bed and washing my face in the basin, I found that BOTH levers were hooked up to hot water – there was NO cold water to wash my face. I used a bottled water from my cooler. The chair they provided for my comfort was absolutely tore-up. They advertised a Continental breakfast in the morning. The dining area in the morning was dark and deserted (9:30am). NO continental breakfast was provided – not even coffee, only instant coffee packets and "snacks." We had to buy coffee next door at the Waffle House.
My sisters and I were so exhausted, we decided we could deal with a bad room for one night rather than change to another bad room.
