The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely.
We were very disappointed to be placed in an annex outside the main hotel. We were very unimpressed having to walk outside and along the street at the side of the hotel to enter the main building for breakfast or drinks, we didnt feel part of the hotel. This was not made clear when we booked that we would be in an annex. The actual room was fairly comfortable but the decor particularly the paintwork was very tired.

Great location. Quiet. Awesome water/shower pressure. Really enjoyed the welcome drink.
Issues with noisey AC unit, made a weird noise e very 10 mins. Staff were very good and let us sleep in a different room so we could get some sleep.

It was a nice area
This hotel had the smallest bathroom and toilet l have ever seen .my husband could not sit on the toilet without his knees touching the bathroom door . We had a horrible filthy courtyard view . We were charged 20 . A night for the hotel car park .
All in all we would never go back .
We stayed at this hotel to attend the PGA golf championship at Wentworth .

Location was great. Food was fantastic. Very clean and staff very friendly/helpful. We also liked the room air conditioning unit which could be turned on/off as required. The bed was very comfortable
