Huge comfy bed, spacious room, plenty of hanging space. Free parking on site.
Local cabs recommended by manager provided good service, quickly and reasonably priced.
No air con although fan was provided in room. During heatwave room was still very warm overnight. Not a major problem and wouldn't apply most of the time.

So close to get to an early flights from heathrow. Having the carvery so we could eat. Although restaurant was fully booked we got in early as we were staying. The food was dissapointing standard compared to other tobys we frequent but didnt effect accomodation
A bit run down, decoration/carpets also a bit fell off the main door. But not a major issue as chosen for location and price

great staff, very accomodating...they couldnt do enough for you.... but bed was a little too firm and bathroom shower tray leaked a little...other than that this was a superb two night stay.

Staff were great. Room was a good size as was the bathroom. Everything about the hotel looked a little tired.
Breakfast was excellent.
The shower and sink were both partially blocked so had to be careful when having a shower as water soon came up to the top of the shower tray and it then drained slowly away. We did report it and were told a plumber would sort it but nothing happened while we were there.
The food in the evening wasn’t brilliant. Not very warm but the meat was ok. The salmon wellington was rock hard,burnt on one side and very dried up. I should have sent it back as it was inedible.

Room was clean and comfortable, they fulfilled my request for a fan during a hot period in summer.
Check in time cut off at 10pm and everything closes inc the bar so can't get food etc anywhere. Coop next door closes at same time so that's limiting. This would make me reconsider if I was on another road trip as we just about got there on time after a long day of driving.
No air con in room but fan on request.

Friendly staff, spacious enough room which was clean and tidy. Restaurant was good value for decent meals.
Beds were incredibly hard.
