Grounds great. Food and facilities brilliant
I booked a family room and was put in a disabled room which meant no bath to clean the kids. With such an open shower my little one didn't like it.
A staff member entered the room with a key card at 11.15 at night. He was delivering something and got the wrong room. It terrified me as we were all asleep in bed.

Almost everything was absolutely perfect, price point, location, staff, very child friendly.
The swimming pool was an especial high with the floats for the kids.
The beds weren’t that comfy unfortunately and the sofa bed once folded up was incredibly uncomfortable to sit on.
The food quality also let you down a bit sadly. For future visits we will go into Windsor to eat.

Had a lovely early morning walk around the estate with my son. Lucky enough to see a deer in the woods along with rabbits and squirrels!!! Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice that set us up for the day. A beautiful place to stay.
'Mattress on our sofa bed was quite thin so not overly comfy. Son and I ended up swapping beds !!!!

It’s a very large property just outside Windsor. The architecture is a bit miss match, not as nice as shown in the photos. But it does have large outdoor areas, very nice just to walk around after dinner.
Some of the staff didn’t appear to be trained enough to know what they were doing. Only a small point though.

Nice clean room. Food was as expected. Plenty of parking
Dirty mugs in the room. None engaging staff when i brought this to their attention. Phone not working in the room, therefore a long walk to the reception to highlight the issue of the mugs. The waiting staff at restaurant were miserable and very un friendly and none engaging.

Welcoming and accommodating staff. Breakfast was delicious and offered a lot variety and well stocked. However the coffee machine did not deliver nice hot drinks as expected.
The room was very warm, the double sofa bed was at best suitable for one child, not a double as expected. The hotel were accommodating with a Z bed, but as the room was small, there was very little floor space to move in the event of a fire. The room appeared clean but we found notes in the room stating ‘find me’ suggesting the room maybe have had a ‘touch base’ clean. The curtain lengths were odd sizes, but still covered the window. We also used the pool area. The changing room was not clean, dirty towels were all over the floor with overflowing towel basket was evident. On approach to the pool area, there was broken windows and doors half falling off their hinges. It felt the entry was more like a storage area rather than a relaxing area.

It was close to Ascot Racecourse ideal for us.
Having no air conditioning in the room and not being able to open door wide to let air in was disappointing. No fan in room although probably wouldn’t help much as just circulates the warm air.

The old school building rooms are small with small beds. There is no airconditioning in the rooms or the building. The building and room were very warm during our stay
