Everywhere was clean. Dinner in the restaurant was good, and service there was impeccable
I asked to stay a little closer to reception as would be going to the White House at 6am and had a lot of bags with me. Was given a room seemingly miles away and offered no help.

Really poor shower pressure.
No privacy unless curtains drawn.
So-called expensive toiletries pumps set up so hardly anything could be pumped from them, checked this with other guests
Tried to book breakfast on arrival and told to pay at the time charged extra 6 for each am
French doors could only be opened slightly due to the installed cord.
Room really small almost caught my head on telly everytime I came out of bathroom. .
First am was chaotic at buffet breakfast and was charged over 19 for the privilege!!

The courtyard, connected pub and garden.
Rooms were too small. Difficult to call an Uber and Taxi surcharge from LHR was 80 pounds. Driving is only option.

Country location with lovely grounds to walk in, good facilities, easy to get to Windsor, Runnymede and Heathrow. Easy parking. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely go back.

Friendly staff in the 1705 restaurant.
The swimming pool.
Breakfast was good
Total lack of signage directions.
Asked for 3 rooms to be close together and they were the farthest away from each other possible.
Al la carte restaurant had run out of the 2 main dishes at the start of the evening and so went to the 1705 instead.

Very grand building, common areas such as reception, breakfast dining room etc very nicely decorated. Breakfast was great with lots of options.
The room we were placed in was a long distance away from the main building containing the facilities and was not up to the same standard as the main building. The property is so large, you are given a map to work out how to get everywhere.
There was no aircon in our room, we were provided with a very noisy floor fan that didnt do much to battle the 25 degree heat.

Location and pool was good KO
Room was exceptionally hot. No air conditioning and even with a fan the room was 29C or 89F . Couldn't sleep at all. Window opened about 2inches .

Nice grounds
Complicated layout, expensive, no room service, room hot and stuffy, long walk to restaurant/reception, hard to locate room as so spread out, long walk with heavy bags and tired child to then find that for 157 a night it is not possible to order food in your room. Very noisy all night with banging doors and kids playing in corridor - all in all probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. Would not recommend it - better off with a Premier inn
