Lovely B and B in perfect location, two minute walk to Windermere centre, 15 minute walk to Bowness. Staff very welcoming and friendly, check in easy and shown to room. Choice for breakfast excellent and the cooked breakfast was amazing! Very clean facilities, towels, bedding excellent. Would certainly stay again!
Slightly noisy at night from traffic passing on the road but didnt bother us too much. Black out curtains would have made it!

The suite we had was fantastic, lots of space, great tea/coffee choices and mini bar. It was all lovely and clean. The bathroom was really luxurious, as was the bedding and furnishings/decor. Breakfast was top quality and very generous portions, really couldnt fault it. All staff were welcoming, friendly and approachable, and happy to help however they could. A short stroll from the centre of Windermere where we found lots of great places to eat, and Bowness-on-Windermere was within walking distance too!
The only thing that let it down a little was the sofa in the living room was uncomfortable when we sat to watch a film, but with another tv in the bedroom, we just moved and watched in bed!

A lovely older property with lots of original features still in view
I booked my trip based on the search criteria for private parking and a pool on site
Sadly the site doesnt have a pool and after discussing it with the manager it seems that Booking.Com has misinformation about the hotel on its site.

A 35th wedding anniversary getaway to the beautiful lake district was made so much easier by Vicky and her hard-working staff , who made our stay so delightful. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, the right amount of everything to see you through the day, especially if you were going out. Myself and my husband could not fault anything. Thank you to The Windermere Suites team for everything

The place was nice and cozy. We loved breakfast served directly to the room, portions were really satisfying and it was very tasty.
Room we stayed in was big and comfortable with the parking space close to the entrance.
And most importantly staff were very friendly and caring- Im pregnant and they made sure the food will be prepared in the way required for me.
Also location is very convenient .

Good location, within walking distance of everything. Nice to have breakfast delivered each morning. Staff were nice and friendly and helpful with recommendations/taxis.
Shower was terrible, the shower head would not stay in place and the water temperature was very inconsistent.

Windermere suites were excellent places to stay and made us feel at home away from. Vickey and other members of the Windermere suite took great interest in giving us all the information needed for us to know the area to make us informed decision-making about places to visit and arrange our booking for our memorable evening meal at a great local restaurant, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our room had everything we could ask for and the team was friendly and caring. We as a couple promised to visit again in the future and won't book anywhere else than Windemere suits. I take this opportunity to thank everyone at Windemre Suits for having us and making our time at Windemere a memorable one.
