Very Good
Location was excellent , near the center of town. Excellent restaurants near by and tourist attractions were all accessible , we had our own car , so it was great to park In the hotel and get around Windermere .
Shower in room was leaking Dog barking was a little inconvenient.

Didn't spend a lot of time at hotel, we were attending a wedding night do locally so was literally check in, change, out the door then breakfast

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed there for dinner and breakfast, the food was absolutely delicious.
Rooms a bit dated but the service, location and food more than made up for this. I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was exceptional!!! Location was great - near train station, visitors center, bus tours, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortably and rooms were pleasantly decorated. Thought location would be noisy for traffic died down at night and it was quiet
Lighting could have been better, towel rack could be closer to sink.

Room were very comfortable and well appointed. We had a superb dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was great next morning. We had early access to our room. All in all was an excellent stay. Would definitely go back.
