The room and bathroom was lovely, very modern and clean, with plenty of space. The B&B was maybe a 20 minute walk to the lake. It was very easy to get to by car and they had parking, which was great. There was also plenty of milk (and cookies) provided for making a cup of tea :)

Great location close to main road and restaurants, but not to close so you got to enjoy peacefulness of the area. Not to mention the starry night sky.

Located a short walk from town, making it easy to explore the area. The room was nice and quiet, but what made the stay great were the hosts! Provided great recommendations on what to do, and were always around if you needed anything.

I liked the daily tidy up and room refresh. If I had chosen to get breakfast, I like that it would have been in my room.
The area was quiet and there was freedom to come and go.
As a solo traveller, I enjoyed being in an adult only guest house.

Very clean and comfortable room, plenty of toiletries with TV hairdryer and fold up table if needed. Even a wine glass and bottle opener if you wanted some wine! 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants, about 8 mins to Booths and bus station. Can recommend Booths for breakfast. I took the bus to Grasmere one day each journey is 2.....I didn't use my car at all until I left. About 10-15mins walk to Bowness with all the shops, eateries and boat trips.

I like everything about this accommodation and I had a pleasant stay here in Windermere. The hosts were nice and knowledgeable (I appreciate all the travel tips given) and they had everything I needed. Love the daily service and the little fridge with cold water and milk! The cookies were also lovely!
