Was told our room had a gd view. 9th floor. actually it faced block of flats.. then go to room for a rest before going to show . CONSTANT DRILLING. BANGING FROM BUILDING WORK GOING ON. NO ONE TOLD US ABOUT.B

Location for Wembley perfect
The breakfast was awful and absolutely not value for money but the worst was being woken up at 7am by building works within the hotel rear grounds directly below our room.

Location was perfect for Wembley Stadium, good selection of eateries in the local area too
As always London is rubbish for parking. We had no information to tell us the roads would be closed around the hotel on an event weekend. Having alternative car park information available at reception is absolutely useless if you can’t get anywhere near the hotel! We got told several different places to park and none were available and we had no idea where to park. Actually the location if the hotel isn’t that great if you have to park a 15/20 min walk away carrying all your bags. Also I was made to download and sign up to your app to ‘help me get one of our rooms ready early’. That was clearly an excuse to get a customer to sign up to your database which is bloody cheeky. Whilst downloading it at the reception desk, no time was given to consider your T&C’s which doesn’t matter that much, but being pressured into agreeing to terms that you haven’t read is shit customer service

The hotel is in the perfect location If you go to an event in Wembley. The staff are all very kind, and the rooms are comfortable.

Location is excellent for those attending Arena etc. The hotel is spotlessly clean, nice bar, dinner is fab in the restaurant. Staff were super helpful and we felt welcomed from the minute we arrived. We will definitely stay at Novotel Wembley again.

Great location and with parking (paid) too. Staff were helpful and were readily available to answer our queries. Room spacious and very comfortable. Good view of Wembley way too.
Bathroom doors were a bit flimsy, glass doors but the hinges seemed loose so they banged together when closing them which was relatively nerve-wracking that they may break. Shower was a bit dirty on the tray - potentially ready for a deep clean or replacement.
