It was very close to the event we were attending.
When we arrived bk at the hotel to have an evening meal. It wasn't possible as the hotel allowed people to walk in and have drinks only. We we're also told we weren't allowed in the hotel at all until we stated we were staying there. The staff we're really rude and aggressive towards me and my family.

Close to Wembley Stadium.
Furniture was dirty and marked. Supposed to be a superior twin but the two beds were pushed together making a double. Not enough room for it to be a proper twin. The handle on the window was broken down came off in your hand. Not enough tea and milk. The staff were rude and couldn’t be less helpful if they tried. The car park now has a charge to park. The car park gates wouldn’t open and got stuck. Staff had to be persuaded to come and sort them out. They really didn’t want to. The cooked breakfast was disgustingly. The hot east er flask had run dry and wasn’t replaced. One coffee machine was broken and couldn’t supply boiling water so you had to queue at the only working machine if you wanted tea. The instructions were in German. This hotel is just a tip off.

The location is brilliant. We stayed here to visit London.
Unfortunately, the extractor unit in the bathroom started making a really loud noise at 2am. Too loud to sleep. The night receptionist relocated us at 4am to another room until the morning. This was no fault of the staff or the hotel. It was just an unfortunate incident.

Location was perfect for the Ovo arena, just a small walk, room was lovely, bed was comfortable, breakfast could have been better!
The plugs wasn’t working on the left hand side of the bed. The bathroom door wasn’t very clean and seeing as it was glass it should have been sparkling.
