Exceptional welcome, attention to detail and professionalism from the minute we arrived. I believe it was Diana who welcomed us. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The Happy Anniversary detail was amazing. Everything about the hotel was superb. The welcome made it though and that is why I have scored this rating 10/10. Exceptional and thank you.
Perhaps breakfast could have finished at 10:00am but it was no issue.

Location was excellent. An easy drive to the hotel after exiting the M4. Plenty of parking spaces available. Didn’t use our car once we were there as it was only a short walk to the Putney East tube stop and only a little bit further to the Putney train station. The Superior double room was great which had a comfy king sized bed. Loved the breakfast too.

The room size was very good, breakfast were outstanding, fresh and great variety. All staff we dealt with were helpful and courteous. Short walk to the train station and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in walking distance.
