Excellant facility with exception of bathtub shower
The room was excellant with the exception of the Bathroom shower
half way on the bath was a permenant glass partition, if one had to slip
the glass would cut one in half,totally unsafe
Apart from that everything else was brilliant

Great selection of fresh food. Possibility to eat outside. Very accessible to London city centre, and a safe environment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Seamless check-in/check-out. Well-equipped gym.

Although the rooms were small, they were comfortable and clean. The bed was blissfully comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome during the hot weather.
It was nice to have tea/coffee making facilities, a mini-bar and a safe.
The staff were courteous, efficient and friendly - both before our stay, when they were quick to respond to questions and modify our booking, and during our stay.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic!! So much choice!
Lovely little terrace outside.
Good location, 5-10 minutes from East Putney underground station, but also not far from the river and an interesting walk along it.

Location is quiet and suburban but close to the tube and buses. Very friendly staff.
Room was comfy but a little cramped. Could do with re-imagining the breakfast servery area.

I needed somewhere to stay for a last-minute business trip, and I'm so happy I found this gem. The location was great, and parking was available. The room was incredible. I normally hate hotel beds/pillows, but these were lovely. The room even had aircon and a bathrobe! I stayed the night of the FIFA World Cup Final, and had no noise issues. The reception staff was unbelievably friendly. If I was ever in this area again and needed accommodation, I'm absolutely staying here again.
