Very welcoming, good location with the East Putney Tube a short walk in a safe, residential area. All the employees were very nice, friendly and working so hard especially at breakfast which was amazing! Hot breakfast on one end and cold on the other so everyone was happy! Our friend met us and took us around Putney and we lunched at the Telegraph….delicious!

(77 y.o. F, traveling solo.) Lovely room, cozy. Shower water pressure was good. Very clean, quiet. Conveniently located to East Putney tube stop. I didn't take advantage of the breakfasts.
Getting up and over the tub for showers required extra care, as there's no hand bar for support. Just be careful. My room was up one flight, no elevator.

The room was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfortable. The size was just what I needed. The breakfast was outstanding. The option to have dinner on site was perfect for me. The staff was fantastic. I loved that this location was just a few short blocks from the underground, and the neighborhood felt very safe.
I would like to preface this by stating that I have worked in the construction industry for 10 years. Any other visitor would not notice this issue. The bathroom floor in the room that I stayed in needs to be replaced. The tiles are cracking, which is a sure sign that they are not adequately adhered to the subfloor. This is probably caused by water getting underneath the tiles. Where the tub and tile floor meet, there are signs of deteriorating caulk. There is also a lingering musky scent in the bathroom. If the floor isn't replaced soon, there will be significant subfloor damage and possible damage to the ceiling below.

The hotel staff have been very pleasant, attentive and helpful during our stay, and made us feel welcome. The breakfast is very good and the dining room is pleasant. There are no pancakes or waffles but breakfast does include sweet pastries for those with a sweet tooth :)
The rooms are very quiet and pleasant, and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from East Putney tube station (district line), with Putney rail station also not too far away and a bus stop right beside the hotel, making it easy to get around, and there are also a few shops nearby.
There is no lift and the stairs can be a bit challenging, but the staff were very helpful and assisted us with our luggage. Some single rooms can have baths with no standing room, so it may be best to ask in advance for a room with a shower if you could have difficulties with some baths, and communicate any accessibility needs.

Beautifully renovated old building that is very comfortable and quiet. Best breakfast ever at a hotel. The convenience of having a restaurant and bar in the lobby was great. Deliciously prepared menu. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very quiet and comfortable. Love the area with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Bus stop 1 minute away, underground was about 5 minutes away walking.
Charming, quiet and classy. Liked the close proximity to transportation.

The hotel was great, the staff was really helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! The room was very cosy and the beds were comfy. It was 6 min walking from the tube, so the location is very convenient as well! I recommend the hotel!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. My check in and out went quickly and without mistakes. Facilities and rooms were nice and clean.
Bathroom felt a bit cramped. Room number layout was a bit confusing until you figure it out.
