The hotel is situated in a convenient location easy accessible with public transportation.
It's beautiful decorated, clean and the staff is amazing.
Breakfast is great also.
Our room was situated in a somehow remote part of the hotel (like an attic more) and there was a rancid smell on the hallway near the room.

Clean, quiet room with a window that opens easily for fresh air. Just a 3 minute walk to East Putney Tube Station on the District Line.
Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff were lovely, fantastic breakfast! The room we stayed on was very spacious and tastefully decorated.
The car park is very small. We arrived late in the night only to be told we must have the card that was used to do the booking otherwise I would have to pay again. I'm a frequent corporate traveller and by some sort of luck this was the only trip in yes that had not been booked for me by our corporate office and I happened to have the booking card on me. I found this to be in poor taste as it's not communicated via booking.com on their booking page. What if I didn't have the card or the money to pay again?

Great hotel, breakfast is world-class, super friendly staff.
Aisles and getting around in the hotel could be a little tricky for people with disabilites as common areas and facilites are in different levels (ramps and stairs are available but still...not easy walk in my opinion).

Very welcoming, good location with the East Putney Tube a short walk in a safe, residential area. All the employees were very nice, friendly and working so hard especially at breakfast which was amazing! Hot breakfast on one end and cold on the other so everyone was happy! Our friend met us and took us around Putney and we lunched at the Telegraph….delicious!
