The cleanliness was top notch. The food was great. The staff and service were amazing. A fantastic hotel to stay. Don't be put off by the exterior of the building. Thanks to the reception staff who were so helpful and polite.

Stylish hotel with comfortable good sized bedroom. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast - properly sets you up for a busy day in London! On a bus route and also only 5 minutes’ walk to tube station. Quiet night’s sleep.

There are no lifts but I knew that before hand, just wish I wasn't on the 2nd floor with a toddler and lots of luggage but I don't hold that against them.
