Location/ Bar / Gym / on-site parking although £20 / night. Excellent Breakfast/ nice staff.
Small point but check-in is stated as 2pm and house keeping do not always have the rooms serviced by 2pm.

Great location in a quiet area near the tube station. Staff was extremely accommodating and the breakfast selection was excellent. I was traveling solo and felt comfortable having a glass of wine at the small bar. WiFi connectivity was solid.
My only small complaint was that I had stayed there earlier in the week and reserved a superior double, which was rather dark and small. When I returned I just got a standard double, which was much lighter, brighter and had a bigger bathroom with a tub. So going forward I will probably just reserve the standard (slightly less square footage but much more comfortable).

The second room I booked for a Guest was basically the same price for a single person for one night as our room (Double) for two nights. Not too happy about this

Fantastic hotel, will certainly return. Amazing value for money! Comfortable, clean, quiet and next to East Putney station for District line to center. Breakfast included large selection of melons, other fruits, Greek yogurt, seeds and cereals. Freshly baked bread. Nice cheese selection. Very grateful to Reception for helping us to resolve a power of attorney issue. Everyone is cheerful and happy to help.

Before we arrived we requested a quote room on the ground floor and we gıven exactly that. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was delıcıous and the staff most attentive.

I’ve stayed here many times and it is always consistently very good. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculate. I always look forward to staying here.
