Unfortunately issue with a phone that bleeped in middle of the night and breakfast a little chaotic on this ocassion as main breakfast room being used for a conference.However food and staff worked very hard to keep on top of it and food was tasty

I didn't like anything about the room I was in. Was very disappointed by this visit and I usually adore staying at the lodge. My room felt like an afterthought, neglected room in the back of the hotel. The breakfast is always superb
My colleague stayed in the hotel for the same weekend. Same amount of money paid and his room was beautiful. I was really disappointed by that. Put a downer on the weekend and it was the beginning of Wimbledon so couldn't change rooms

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the tube to enable us to go to Wimbledon. We were pleasantly surprised that the local area had such great amenities including shops and restaurants. The hotel was a little gem. The room was lovely and staff members all very professional and friendly. Definitely stay here again

Breakfast was good, the room had been recently renovated and was very comfortable, nice toiletries too. Location is perfect, close to East Putney tube and plenty of parking (unreserved) if you drive there.
The two night staff were not quite on the case in terms of being able to serve drinks from the bar and £15.58 (very odd price) for a medium glass of very average wine was too much.

Easy check-in, very helpful staff, super clean and overall it was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again.
Parking is pricy (only needed to park for 2hrs but it was charged at a daily rate of £20. Not too surprising as parking in the vicinity is limited.

The hotel is well located and with a car park (£20 per night) and a bus stop nearby. The staff are very welcoming. The hotel feels relaxing with a nice temperature (in hot weather) and water at reception.
We did not have breakfast as we were told it was buffet style and cost £18 each. Plenty of cafes for breakfast on our bus routes which suit us better as we only want coffee and a croissant.
