Lovely friendly hotel which was dog friendly. Staff were lovely. Used it for a base to attend training. Food was great
Beds were ok but pillows not great for me. Probably personal preference though.

Super friendly, responsive and professional staff; ultra clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds.
Only one minor point - there are four steps between reception and hotel lobby and the carpet pattern blends with the steps; my husband missed the last step twice and fell, so perhaps a subtle strip on the step edges would prevent this?

The staff were so welcoming, polite & professional, and had made a special effort as it was our birthdays. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy & breakfast was a total surprise it was so good. Would definitely come back & would highly recommend. Excellent.

Great place. Delicious breakfast, a small but comfortable room, and a premium bathroom
The bed could be newer. It had a dip in the mattress caused by frequent use, and it was more noticeable on one side.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in London and was extremely satisfied with the overall service. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day perfectly. The space was consistently very clean, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
I would especially like to highlight Stephanie, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. On the first day, we were given a room that, while perfectly clean and nice, didn’t suit me due to the layout not being very functional for my needs. When I shared this with her, she immediately understood my concern and went out of her way to help us move to the room I had initially had in mind. This made such a difference for me and my best friend, and we truly appreciated her kindness, efficiency, and genuine care.
