Restroom setup was a bit odd, but that’s probably because its in England. For example the bathtub/shower.
But I don’t think it is an actual issue of the hotel.

This is a great small hotel! Its Putney SW15 location is good for SW London, the hotel is stylish and modern, and the rooms are super comfy and well maintained. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding too.
It doesn’t have much outdoor space.

We had a wonderful stay at The Lodge Hotel – Putney. The hotel is excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the towels were changed every day.
The location is also great: very close to the Underground, with many shops nearby where you can buy food, adapters and anything else you may need. There are also many lovely cafés, pizzerias, restaurants and coffee shops with good coffee in the area.
The hotel is located in a quiet, safe and non-touristic neighbourhood, which made our stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was absolutely excellent, with very tasty and fresh food.
I highly recommend this hotel. Next time I come to London, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

This is a fantastic place to stay with outstanding dedicated staff who go out of their way to make a great impression on guests. It had everything we needed for a best friends staycation. Comfortable beds, great location and amenities.

Large comfy bed, appreciated excellent air con and windows. Good location and just a very nice room. Also appreciated the sound proofing we couldn't hear our neighbours at all
No lift, which is usually fine but we had very heavy suitcases!

We had a comfortable and great stay! The hotel is clean, had nice beds and the breakfast was perfect.
A small thing but the water pressure in the shower was low, the 'rain' in the rainshower was very soft.
