Location was good relative to Putney town, room was very similar to the pictures advertised and on-site parking was easy.
Breakfast buffet is kept warm by using paraffin or similar burners and this leaves an awful gassy smell in the dining area.

Our room was beautiful with an amazingly comfortable bed... kitchenette was well equipped. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely and helpful.
The stairs :) but it's worth it and there are plenty of offers of help!

On this trip we had 2 big suitcases which could not fit in our bedroom without having to walk over them, usually our rooms have been bigger than this

The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was powerful. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, which was a bonus. There was a very nice outdoor terrace to sit and have a drink/coffee. Everywhere was spotless. We would definitely use this hotel again.

An exceptional offering of affordable luxury. The fittings throughout the hotel were modern and clean. Bathrobes were a lovely touch although I didn't use it. Shower water pressure was amazing. I had several events to attend in the vicinity so the location was great for me. Central London is also reachable by the main line at Putney. The service was impeccable: knowing that I would be out during the afternoon and evening, my bag was kindly placed in my room by reception.
Soundproofing between floors could have been a bit better. I could hear quite a bit of noise from upstairs during the morning, but not at night. A minor detail.

Everything, was clean, staff was excellent and extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant also has a nice menu for dinner. I also liked the short walking distance from the Putney tube station
Nothing I didn't like, the only thing I would have seen slightly different would be the breakfast time. Breakfast until 9.30 is a bit tight for us but that is a personal preference.
