Have stayed a few times now. Multilingual staff. Good safe onsite parking at a reasonable price. Great breakfast. Just down the road from the tube station. The comms are excellent and financial transactions between hotel and guest are immediate. It’s obviously run incredibly efficiently.

Wonderful
Lovely property, bigger and the recent new refurbishment was a lot more modern than expected. We booked for a birthday and the hotel make it extra special for us, the little touches really made us feel special. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a stay. No negative comments or improvements to share!

The room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. The decor was beautiful.
I would have liked a chair in my room. There was a stool at the desk, which is fine for work, but a chair would have been more comfortable to read and watch TV.

The hotel was clean and stylish. From when you arrive the staff were all superb!! Plenty of parking and a short walk to train station, so location is perfect!! As it’s just outside of city centre it’s a much quieter area. Would definitely stay here again
Maybe that the bed frames were a bit on the low side. Not a major issue!!
