It was super clean and comfy, the breakfast food is great, the area is quiet but still close to the underground for easy central access. What made our stay special though was the staff. I’m used to hotel stays feeling purely transactional which is fine, i pay for a room, i get a room; but the team here at The Lodge Hotel were super kind and were always swift with providing help when needed.

The Lodge hotel is really very nice and very pleasant and everything was absolutely wonderful during our stay. When we are next time in London we will be glad to stay always at The Lodge hotel again.

Clean room, comfy bed and quiet. Short walk to good restaurants cafes and shops. Also close to bus and train.
Only 3 coffee pods left in room for 2 people. 1 decaf. So we both couldn’t have a decaf coffee and only 1 coffee each for 24 hours and share the one pod left!. The hotel would probably say could have asked for more. But in the morning especially, you just want to make a quick drink not hang about for staff to turn up with more pods.
Breakfast was selfservice, good selection and was replenished regularly but had to use machine for hot drinks so ended up queuing and the coffee tasted strange.
