Everything, was clean, staff was excellent and extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant also has a nice menu for dinner. I also liked the short walking distance from the Putney tube station
Nothing I didn't like, the only thing I would have seen slightly different would be the breakfast time. Breakfast until 9.30 is a bit tight for us but that is a personal preference.

The location is about 30-40 minutes by metro to the City center; it's not 15 minutes like it shows here.
The staff is very warm!

Although it was tasty, the 'chicken pie' was more a chicken soup with a puff pastry lid, so I would recommend a change of name or description to this on the menu.

We had high expectations for this property and we were not disappointed! The location was perfect for our needs.....the 'tube' was only about a 6 minute walk, the town of Putney was lovely and getting everywhere in London was really simple. The staff couldn't have been nicer and we enjoyed seeing their smiling faces each day! Breakfast was extremely well-done and the food was tasty, fresh and plentiful. The room, itself, was perfect....bright, cheery comfy and super clean; everything there was clean!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would look forward to another wonderful stay if I make it back this way again. Cheers!!
Breakfast was wonderful but a little more variety would be in order for those who stay for more than a day, or two!

The breakfast was great.
We were impressed by the cleanness of the room and the bathroom.
The location was also good. Not in the middle of the busiest district of London, but it was near more of the residential area with good restaurants, and it was easy to travel to the center of the London. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will try to book this hotel again if I come back to London.

Room was nice and quiet and I was able to get my work done. The location was perfect as well and the staff were very nice.
The room could have been bigger for the price I paid but then Wimbledon was on so it was always going to be more expensive.

Located close to Putney tube station and only one stop from Wimbledon, it is air conditioned and near many great pubs and restaurants. Ideal hub for tennis fans and London sightseeing.
No elevator, but staff will move luggage for guests.

Very Poor
The room (#9) that was allotted was a room in the attic of the property. There was hardly any space to move and one had to constantly watch out for the sloped roof as otherwise one would bang his / her head against it. In the bathroom the bathtub was right below the slope of the attic roof so one could not even stand and take a shower.
