Good size room, comfortable bed, bathroom with rain shower, fresh towels, everything worked. Very friendly and helpful staff. Daily cleaning service was spotless.

We had a lovely spacious bedroom, the whole hotel is clean and well decorated with great staff. The breakfast was very good. The location is very convenient for us with family member living around the corner. Not far to either East Putney tube, Putney Station or Wandsworth Town station, we also used the bus as there is a stop right by hotel. We usually drive and use the hotel parking (at a cost) and then use public transport whilst there. It is a little bit distant from central London but easy enough to get there.

The location and room comfort great. Staff were very helpful when I needed to change rooms. The hotel was very quiet for the location.
The hot drink self service was very poor with guests having to queue to make coffee or tea. I gave up and asked waitress iif she would be able to serve coffee. She replied, maybe you should come back later!

Very warm and welcoming staff,so helpful in any way. Cozy room,very clean and comfortable. Good location near the tube station in a nice neighbourhood. Overall was a great choice and I definitely recommend to other travellers. Perfect value for money!
