The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great location just a ten minute walk from Putney High Street.

Location: walking distance from East Putney tube station, Co-ops and Sainsbury's nearby, moderate traffic area, good general comfort and nice English decor, small green patio at the back when you can work or relax that is well insulated from road noise, fair pricing
(top floor room) widow can't be opened, no lift which could be a problem if you have limited mobility or/and heavy suitcase , AC blows the air directly to your bed, the room is a bit too cramped for 2 grown-ups

This is a good local hotel in a convenient location near Tube stops and supermarkets. I liked the quiet room with a view of trees, the outdoor courtyard and decent breakfast.
The hotel feels like a cross between a business hotel and a boutique hotel and some of the furnishings are getting worn. Additional touches to make it feel more original would be great such as better tea and coffee mugs or some prints on the walls giving it a sense of ‘place’ (ie Putney.)

Good location, staff were really nice and comfortable bed
The room is not very practical - plug sockets are far from mirrors, no safe spot to set up ironing board, not v easy to fill up iron from the sink

The breakfast was great.
We were impressed by the cleanness of the room and the bathroom.
The location was also good. Not in the middle of the busiest district of London, but it was near more of the residential area with good restaurants, and it was easy to travel to the center of the London. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will try to book this hotel again if I come back to London.
