The hotel and the staff were wonderful!!! They were very helpful and kind. The hotel is very very comfortable and beautiful.
The hotel and the room is accessible for wheelchair users.
The hotel is an hour to an hour & a half away from the center of London but the public transportation is near the hotel and very convenient.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location easy accessible with public transportation.
It's beautiful decorated, clean and the staff is amazing.
Breakfast is great also.
Our room was situated in a somehow remote part of the hotel (like an attic more) and there was a rancid smell on the hallway near the room.
