We arrived at the hotel quite late at night, as our flight had been delayed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful in getting our luggage (there was a lot!) to our room. The room itself was immaculate and the complimentary tea and coffee was very welcome at that late hour. The breakfast was superb. I wish some of the bigger hotel chains could provide customer service on par with The Lodge, Putney.
We loved everything exactly as we found it!

Convenience to underground. Staff so helpful and friendly. Lovely comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was delicious!
