From checking in to checking out, everything was good. The rooms are clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good and very clean area. The staff is very helpful, especially Maya.

The people were lovely, nothing bad to say. Very good service and helpful. The lobby, bar & restaurant looked even nicer in real life, very cozy! Had a single dinner in the restaurant and it was very good.
Wooden floors (old building), so if you have noisy upstairs neighbours, you will hear it. No way to postpone room cleaning/refreshing towels as even do-not-disturb-sign gets ignored. Not everyone needs a clean towel everyday.

The entire hotel and my room was beautifully decorated, it was bright and welcoming and the bed was comfortable with an extra comfortable neck pillow. The bathroom products smelled lovely and sanitary items provided.
The gym was small but well furnished.
The location is great! A few minutes (about 5) walk from East Putney Station on a lovely tree lined road.

Clean, quiet room with a window that opens easily for fresh air. Just a 3 minute walk to East Putney Tube Station on the District Line.
Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The cleanliness was top notch. The food was great. The staff and service were amazing. A fantastic hotel to stay. Don't be put off by the exterior of the building. Thanks to the reception staff who were so helpful and polite.

The location is great, I come to London to see some of my children who live close by.
Over the years the hotel has grown, I now sometimes find it hard with the cost of sty.

On a bus route and also only 5 minutes’ walk to tube station.
