The hotel was close to the tube station with a 5 minute walk, easy to get to by bus aswell. The hotel was modern and clean all around.

Its was quiet, close to public transport and it felt safe.
The heating and air conditioning system was not completely comfortable. The room was too hot and when the AC was turned on it would not say on or so it seemed. It was as if it was on a timer or something and really didnt seem to work well.

We had a reservation for this hotel for over a month and we loved it from the photos. The reality is even better. Very comfy room, super clean and quite big. We loved the bathroom and it was perfectly cleaned! In this hotel we have had the best breakfast! Fresh fruits and veggies, joghurt, sausages, eggs very tasty! I will miss these breakfasts. There is nothing to critizise. I was little bit scared of the negative reviews, but everything was perfect. Also the staff was very friendly - especially on the reception. We also had a great dinner in Hide&Seed Hotel restaurant and it was delicious. Altough the waitress was a little bit slow and not that friendly as the other staff. We will definitely come back sometimes! Also the underground was lile 8 minutes by walk and train station 15 minutes away by walk.

The service was excellent , the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great and reasonably priced. The location suited us perfectly being a 4 minute walk to east putney station on the jubilee line. There is a bus stop right outside the door for buses taking you to Wandsworth , Southside shopping centre Clapham junction and putney etc
Beds were comfy and all by amenities were great. Staff responded quickly to all requests and any issues that arrived.
There is no lift but it is only a 3 storey building and the staff kindly took outr very heavy cases up and down to our room on the top floor.
I didnt sleep that well but I doubt it had anything to do with the hotel.

Metro is nearby. Nice, quite and safe neighborhood. Coffee machine, fridge and a kettle available in the room. Room is spacious. TV with built-in chromecast.
Bed is too narrow for two people. Not enough facilities provided to store and hang clothes. Room looks much more dated than in the pictures. There is quite some mold in the shower. No lift available in the building. Though metro is nearby, the commute to the city is rather long.
