Wonderful
Apartment was very modern and clean. More than enough space for 2 people.
Had everything we needed.
Parking isn’t great and can get noisy with train track running just beyond back garden! We did get more use to it by end of our stay.
Sofa was quite uncomfortable too. Not sure if all sofa beds are uncomfortable.
Would still stay again in the apartment again though.

Everything is just awesome perfect. This stay exceeded all our expectations. The flat is equipped like hosts were going to live there themselves. Kitchen has everything a family could need. No any small thing that we could comply.
Location is excellent - safe, quiet and just few minutes of walking to subway, hypermarket, stores/restaurants etc.
We used several properties to stay in London during last couple years and this one is definitely the best we have seen to the moment.
Strongly recommended.

Convenient location and very well equipped. Communication with host was excellent .
Balham offers everything needed for a London stay - shops, pubs, restaurants and fast connections to city centre.
The train line is close by

The location is excellent given very close walking distance to Balham Train and Tube stations. walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is clean and has modern facilities and bathroom. The sofa bed in the lounge was handy for visitors with clean linen. The property manager communicated well.
Issues with the toilet cistern constantly running water, which was noisy and took some days to get fixed. The tap to the washing machine was turned off and not accessible to turn on. The heating / cooling in the apartment was not easy to control with no instructions. Some basic maintenance needed eg: skirting board in kitchen under cupboards falling out. Property owner mentioned an instructions booklet for the property which I never found.
