Breakfast wasn’t very good. Expected it to be laid out properly so that people could quickly decide what they wanted. No queues.
Breakfast as mentioned. Had an evening meal, mine was lovely. Unfortunately my husband's wasn’t too good.

Beds were really comfy, room very clean, tea and coffee facilities in room and buffet was a nice start to the day
Cost us £8 to park there. Bit steep! Thru try soften tho blow by given you a discount code so you don't pay a crazy £16!!
So just the parking charges let it down
They said there was parking at this hotel. Didn't say they charge airport prices to park there

Staff were very polite
The shower turnt scolding hot while my granddaughter was in the shower. The room was dated the window would not shut properly so noisy and wind coming in all night.carpet had stains all over and wall had old stains that hasn't been cleaned off. Toilet seat broke also

We wernt aware we needed a code to book parking so ended up paying double, our flush didn't work properly which ment u could hear water running constantly and when entering the room the smell was horrendous! Smelt like sewage, didn't say anything at the time as we were tired and soon got accustomed to it but when reentering after breakfast to get our bags we couldn't stand being in there as it was that bad!

Booking.com failed to book us in ! Hotel was almost full due to a concert in the area ( the reson we booked) took almost 45 to find us 2 rooms the lady on reception was brilliant
