It was spacious, clean & modern. Lovely rooms with all necessities. No need to bring anything as a great deal of thought has been carefully considered to make a guest fully comfortable.

Checking in was easy, plenty of parking space and the staff were really nice.
The beds were far too hard, the bathroom needed updating. The breakfast wasnt very nice, food was dried out, coffee was awful and not much option.

very good location ,supermarkets around ,breakfast was quite less, would be nice to increase
we got to breakfast 8.45am we understand the time was 9.30am
would be nice the breakfast area be top up until the end :)

The staff were absolutely phenomenal, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The bed was very comfortable.
The food was great after a long day
I thought I'd booked a twin room. Fitting two large heterosexual males in a double bed certainly wasn't part of my plan for the stay, and 350 quid was insanely expensive for the privilege. However it served its purpose.

Pleasant hotel, clean rooms and good location with local busses to Tottenham stadium on the doorstep.
Breakfast could be elevated slightly, sausage, hash browns bit dry and no mushroom or tomato available but on the whole it was ok.
