It was a little difficult to find many positives. However, one advantage was the location, with a large supermarket conveniently located nearby. 24 hours bars in hotel! Positive!
The traffic in the area was terrible. Another major issue was the parking. There is no guaranteed parking space – it is basically first come, first served. What was particularly frustrating is that the parking charge runs from 10:00 AM. This means that if you arrive at around 1:00 AM and stay until 11:00 AM, you may end up paying for two days of parking despite only being there for about 10 hours. The staff were friendly, but the reception did not feel very professional. Staff often seemed to stay in the back room, and you could hear them watching something while guests were at the reception area. This did not give a particularly good impression.

It was my birthday weekend I told the staff member that checked me in .He told me before you go out come he will give me a birthday drink from the bar . I thought that was nice of him behalf of the hotel. When I went to the bar to ask the drink another member of staff totally embarrassed me , she even laughed to me n said if he did you would of been given a voucher . After that embarrassment I will never ever stay at this location again .The breakfast was the worst cold n undercooked food .I have ever tasted in Hoildayinn express . I left extremely disappointed
