We'd chosen the hotel because of its location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and breakfast is good. On the whole, the hotel offers value for money.
Only two channels on the TV seemed to be working. In the end,we resorted to screen mirroring. The carpet had a rather conspicuous stain of some unidentifiable substance. I think the hotel needs to employ the services of a different plumber. The thermostatic mixer tap had the barrier for heat on the wrong side, and the plug for the plughole could only be moved with very strong fingernails or by putting in on upside down. The tap seems to have been replaced without the necessary lever to lift the plug.

It was fairly easy to get to Stansted airport with public transport.
The room was too small for a family, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, there was no conditioner in the shower, the quality of the breakfast was poor.

From the Beginning of our stay to the end, all staff were amazing! Especially Lee, he really went above and beyond to ensure that myself and my family had an amazing stay. Thank you and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here again. It literally felt like home; that’s how comfortable we all were.

The receptionist that greeted us was very friendly. She sorted a cot for us that was missing and she also helped us with milk for our toddler.
The hash browns were inedible at breakfast as they were very dry and overcooked. Apart from that I can't fault the breakfast or our stay.

The room were clean with clean bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and ensure that we were comfortable.
Poor layouts and the Air Conditioning unit over the bed was horrible.

check-in quick and easy. Room was comfortable and warm. Excellent shower. Breakfast was good value. Easily accessible from North Circular Road. Lots of local buses,
Car park was large but nearly full. Parking quite expensive, even with discount. Quite difficult to reach without a car. No character: a sleeping factory (but you get what you pay for).
