no heat. the windows don't close. very cold. I asked for a radiator and it wasn't brought. the tv didn't work. everywhere smelled of marijuana. conditions 0 so that everything would be a disaster parking costs 40 pounds per night

The bar and food
My colleague woke up with bites all over him and needed to shower at 3am. It completely ruined his night and is still suffering now. Also the TV didnt work in my room and neither did his. We would have used this place long term for the work we are doing but certainly not now.

Accommodation was lovely, friendly staff
Lots of food to choose from for breakfast but where the hot food is kept in the hot plates for a period of time, some of the food was hard (sausages and hash browns) everything else was ok though. Also, we booked for two children and two adults. Luckily one of our daughter's couldn't make it otherwise they would both have to sleep in the double, sofa bed together which wouldn't have worked
