The hotel was relatively clean.
Not much variation on breakfast. My room was very cold with heating on, the window in my room was damaged, the noise of the Traffic and the cold was coming through the window all night. Absolutely poor experience. I did complain to morning staff, all she said was 'ahh'. Will not be booking again

Having got in very late from work the check in was straight forward and the member of staff was very nice. I was so very much looking forward to a shower after a long day when thought no I’ll have one in the morning and go straight to bed. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable at all, though most of all when I went to have a shower in the morning there was no shower soap in the dispenser or even at the sink for that matter, so felt very much let down that my chosen stay did not meet their most basic of services. I quickly got out, had some breakfast and told the front desk of what had happened. They were nice about it and handled it professionally offering me a full refund which they said could take a few days as they would have to request it from you ie. Booking.com as I made the booking through them. Please let me know on any updates of this, Thank you…

2nd night our air conditioner was broken and only heater is provided. I dont think that heater is safe for the rooms.

In the toilet area it didn’t look clean, the grouting around the toilet in 223 was dirty.
