The distance it was from Tottenham Stadium and there lunch/ dinner food was good.
The photos are very deceiving, when I first checked in we had to get a new room because they didn’t meet our requirements as requested. Room was very outdated compared to the photos.

Comfortable room. The staff were really lovely and helpful.
Air conditioning in the room was noisy and not particularly good. Everything was comfortable but very basic and a little tired in places.

We have booked this hotel for nearly 12 nights during our visit to the UK, and overall, it was a fantastic experience.
First and foremost, the staff were exceptional. Every time I had a request—whether it was to store luggage, change rooms, use the conference room, or leave valuables at reception—they responded swiftly and were always supportive and professional. Their attentiveness really made a difference.
Breakfast each morning was another highlight. It included a great selection of hot food such as eggs, tomatoes, hash browns, and bacon, along with bakery items and a coffee machine. Considering food prices in the city, the breakfast alone added excellent value for money.
Our room was clean and serviced daily. There was one incident where we weren’t happy with the assigned room, but the staff handled it graciously and moved us to another room, which we were much happier with.
Overall, our experience at this hotel was excellent, and we will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.
We felt the ground floor rooms were not a clean as 1st floor. But they have considered our request and moved us to the 1st floor which was much better.

The room wasn’t too bad, but when I checked into room number 12, I found that the air conditioning wasn’t working. I called reception, and they had to move me to room 3 after I explained that I had specifically chosen this hotel because of the air conditioning, as the weather was extremely hot. The breakfast was poor, with very few options available, especially for Muslim guests
The breakfast was disappointing, and the hotel furniture was very old, which was quite the opposite of what I expected when I chose Holiday Inn as a brand. I was hoping for something much better.

Very dirty room, toilet smelt of urine, furniture in poor condition. Smell of cannabis on whole floor, reported all to reception who did investigate but unable to change rooms as fully booked. Photos attached, take a look, zoom in.

The staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean but it was tiny and because of events that were on the room was double the price, definitely not worth £290.
I paid £290 for this room because we were going to an event at Tottenham hotspur Stadium. The room was small, and the sofa bed was so uncomfortable.
I have checked prices for the same room for this weekend, and it's priced at £133 how can they justify charging double ? .

Staff- lovely guys, breakfast was good.
A few sheets of toilet roll from the previous guest are all that was in the bathroom, which I considered unacceptable.
