Felt safe, it was comfortable , had air con which in 33 degree heat was like sleeping In heaven.
Too far from London Google gave us a property too far away but we made it work and wasn’t the company’s fault

I wanted a double bed and was given twin room. You are not clear on your website about standard room. I only got an email after paying that said that the hotel might give a twin room or double room at their discretion. That was not cool
Be very clear on the booking page of what the room will be like not putting a double bed icon when it is not really a double bed. Also breakfast options do not really cater for special diet

Everything was good, had an amazing stay. Staff was super nice and helpful. Aircon saved my life with the heat.
Only one small note but not particularly troubling (more due to my mobility) the bed was a tad high. Very comfortable still! Maybe I have short legs lol

The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
We had a noisy air-conditioning unit in the room which meant we got hardly any sleep on the first night. We reported it next morning and we got moved later in the day thankfully.

Breakfast: the quality was better first thing in the morning at 7:30am.
Room: The room was ok, it had the basics you would expect. The room size was good, the bathroom was pleasantly big, and I enjoyed using the soap, shower gel and shampoo, which was a nice touch.
Location: nothing bad to say about this, we were at a weekend event at London Stadium for Metallica, and the receptionist, when checking us in, recommended the bus stop and number 97 bus to get there, it might have been an hour ride or 25 stops, but it was good value for money at £1.75 each way.
Overall, the condition of the hotel seems dated and well-used. Carpet well trodden, the rooms and furniture well used, and now you mention it, the room was a bit dark, but we did have the curtains closed to keep the temperature down during this heatwave we're having.

Good breakfast, the room was clean and airy. The staff was lovely and helped us get to the appropriate bus stop to get to the London stadium.
Only thing was the pillows were lumpy.

On arrival the air con was broken on my room. The staff changed my room promptly and I was appreciative of this.
The pillows were all to lumpy and firm. Not quality at all.
There was lots of noise from the road so was woken several times, even with the provided ear plugs.
Access to the hotel for pedestrians is very strange as you have to walk onto the road. Very odd.
The breakfast quality was poor. The cooked food was over cooked and the juice was either watered down or from concentrate and was room temperature not cold. No fresh juices. The coffee was also instant and rather unpleasant. The fruit provided for the yoghurt was previously frozen. Lack of freshness for breakfast all around.
