Nice clean comfortable room. Staff were VERY friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Would highly recommend.
Plug was broken on sink in bathroom, but as soon as we mentioned it to reception they sent someone to fix it. Also couldn't get an early check, however we were told that early check in is only possible on some occasions, so they stored our cases safely for us.

The distance it was from Tottenham Stadium and there lunch/ dinner food was good.
The photos are very deceiving, when I first checked in we had to get a new room because they didn’t meet our requirements as requested. Room was very outdated compared to the photos.

Staff were as helpful as they could be given the situation.
One of our rooms - the toilet / drain must not have been working and so the entire room smelt extremely bad (like a bad toilet). The hotel was fully booked and so they couldn’t move us to an alternative room. The reception did refund us back for the room but obviously we had to spend the night in the room with the toilet issue which is not what anybody wants when they’re going to stay at a hotel.

Comfortable room. The staff were really lovely and helpful.
Air conditioning in the room was noisy and not particularly good. Everything was comfortable but very basic and a little tired in places.

Staff are super friendly, rooms are spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was ok for London, a quick bus ride and tube, and you can be in the city centre in 30 mins.
Breakfast was actually pretty good too. I would recommend this place for a base if visiting London.
The only negative was the smell of damp in the first-floor hallway.

Great location and bus service was easy
Rooms were dated could do with a revamp,we had no remote for the room so I went to reception and they said they would send one it never arrived and the breakfast was overcooked
