Friendly staff, 24 hour customer service desk and bar. Windows actually open wide enough you get fresh air, air conditioning unit.
Signing for the entrance could be better to the car park.

The breakfast was adequate. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. Nice quiet hotel in a great location for getting in to London

Absolutely nothing.
The manager was horrifically rude. The toilet handle was broke, stains on the bed sheets, dust everywhere. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Mattress was rock solid.
