The location of the place is brilliant and if you are planning to come London and use your own car it’s perfect.
Their staff was quite generous as well as friendly who were there ready to help you if you had any issues while adjusting in the hotel.
Note: not good for if you are planning using underground trains.
Not suitable for if you are coming in the summer as their ACs are quite old so may have to face an issue with it.
Also, they don’t have room landline so you would have to use your own phone, not an issue if you are local but maybe if you are traveling from abroad.

We had a really good stay. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. We arrived early and they managed to get a room cleaned and ready for us, which was a huge help as we were travelling with a dog and a baby. The rooms were quiet with no noise or disturbance, so we all slept well. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice. Although dogs aren't allowed in the breakfast area, we were able to eat in the lounge instead, which we really appreciated. Overall, the staff really made our stay easy and enjoyable. Thanks so much!

Friendly staff, 24 hour customer service desk and bar. Windows actually open wide enough you get fresh air, air conditioning unit.
Signing for the entrance could be better to the car park.
