The room was not worth the money paid. The bathroom was very bad design and was made like that for disabled people.

Wonderful air conditioning made sleeping very comfortable during the warm summer days
The location is excellent if you are going to a concert or show at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
I was genuinely impressed by the included buffet breakfast. To my surprise, it was really good. I even asked for some vegetarian sausages on the side, and the staff brought them straight to my table. They were absolutely delicious!
We experienced a brief inconvenience when a door battery failure temporarily restricted room access, yet the hotel staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and empathy in resolving the situation promptly, ensuring our overall stay remained comfortable and positive.
Given the exceptional experience we had, we will certainly choose this property again when attending future events in the area.

We stayed for 2 nights as we were going to Tottenham stadium and central London.
The Location was Great,The bus stops are a 2 minute walk from hotel.
The Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Lucy.
The rooms were clean, beds comfy and breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
Parking was £10 per night with a code from reception.
Would definitely stay here again.

The water in the shower was taking ages to drain so it felt like I was bathing in dirty water. I had to finish showering, come out and wait for the water to finally drain and wash my feet again.
