Location
Probably one of the dirtiest hotels I have stayed in a long time, the room was tired, on the ground floor next to a car park that probably had 20 cans of helium on the floor. Felt unsafe and could not be moved as they said the rooms were fully booked

I very much appreciate the nice and helpful staff, the free water, very good breakfast and possibility to purchase dinner and tap beer at the place.
Quite far from the city centre - tube+bus (about 50 mins).

Great service from front of house / reception staff 24 food and drink and reception good beds with basic but good facilities and cleaned when asked too also 11am and 3 pm check in good and parking air con good
Car park at Sainsbury’s next to one side of the hotel had cars doing donuts one night at 1am. So if your room was there you would hear then and wake you up. Not problem in the other room we had.

Lady doing night shift was very welcoming on my arrival and gracious on departure
Booked because I live in a studio with one window which is broken so went to be cool to sleep but air con was on when I walked in and I was so cold after 2 hours I had to go home

Easy to check in, receptionist at check in was helpful and quick. Parking is cheap if you have a car. Rooms are spacious.
Room not clean enough, breakfast plates and dishes not properly cleaned. Also, I have sent three emails asking for an invoice of my stay and nobody replies.

Very clean, rooms were lovely, could do with a comfy chair or sofa in the room. Staff were brilliant and breakfast top marks
Location was a bit out of the way but taxis were available. Don’t use the default taxis, use Uber from there
