Everything was great. Thanks, staff were helpful and friendly.. good quality breakfast.
No coffee biscuit with my coffee at £3.50 a cup I'd expect a biscuit.

It was my birthday weekend I told the staff member that checked me in .He told me before you go out come he will give me a birthday drink from the bar . I thought that was nice of him behalf of the hotel. When I went to the bar to ask the drink another member of staff totally embarrassed me , she even laughed to me n said if he did you would of been given a voucher . After that embarrassment I will never ever stay at this location again .The breakfast was the worst cold n undercooked food .I have ever tasted in Hoildayinn express . I left extremely disappointed

A/C was noisy rattling. But I was moved to a different.
I feel the management should have repaired it before putting guest there.
