The bed was good, staff were friendly, check-in was swift, the selection of Continental breakfast was good we needed more pillows, the staff were very quick in helping sort more out, the heater in the room, the portable heater
The breakfast wasn't great, I felt the hash browns weren't cooked properly, the carpet in the room wasn't clean (very dusty), the sofa bed had marks on it, the portable heater was missing half the plug, that was very Dangerous!!!
Breakfast could be better add some cheeses, maybe spaghetti hoops? Plum tomatoes? The fresh tomatoes were not cooked properly

Comfortable room. The staff were really lovely and helpful.
Air conditioning in the room was noisy and not particularly good. Everything was comfortable but very basic and a little tired in places.

Clean, breakfast was good.
The bed was very small and hard, we had 3 people and room given was set for 2. Had to ask for linen and towels. It was loud outside room.

The distance it was from Tottenham Stadium and there lunch/ dinner food was good.
The photos are very deceiving, when I first checked in we had to get a new room because they didn’t meet our requirements as requested. Room was very outdated compared to the photos.

We have booked this hotel for nearly 12 nights during our visit to the UK, and overall, it was a fantastic experience.
First and foremost, the staff were exceptional. Every time I had a request—whether it was to store luggage, change rooms, use the conference room, or leave valuables at reception—they responded swiftly and were always supportive and professional. Their attentiveness really made a difference.
Breakfast each morning was another highlight. It included a great selection of hot food such as eggs, tomatoes, hash browns, and bacon, along with bakery items and a coffee machine. Considering food prices in the city, the breakfast alone added excellent value for money.
Our room was clean and serviced daily. There was one incident where we weren’t happy with the assigned room, but the staff handled it graciously and moved us to another room, which we were much happier with.
Overall, our experience at this hotel was excellent, and we will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.
We felt the ground floor rooms were not a clean as 1st floor. But they have considered our request and moved us to the 1st floor which was much better.
