Even though I booked a double bed, they gave me a twin room with two single beds. When I asked why I had paid extra for a double bed, they told me I was only paying for the chance of getting one. To make sure I had understood correctly, I asked again, "So I paid for the chance of getting a double bed?" They clearly replied, "Yes."
The corridor was smelling weed on the ground floor

It was close to the event we had to attend. Majority of the staff i encountered were friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast ended really early.

Staff was nice and welcoming, beds comfortable
Window has a gap when closed so wind still coming through and noise. Shower was not staying in place and kept moving around I think that needs to be sorted out. Around the window it was dirty. Breakfast only scrambled eggs would have loved a runny egg.

Staff were lovely, beds were very comfortable, air conditioning really helped especially in this heat
Cleaner did not properly clean. Had notice they’d been in but bedsheets still dirty, rubbish still there which we piled to be removed from the room
