Great little hotel for anyone staying on the outskirts of Manchester. Amazing value. Comfortable and quiet.
Just needed more of a heads up that the breakfast was a grab bag style (tasty though!)

Bed was too hard
Despite booking very early and checking before my visit a room at the back wasn’t allocated on arrival but luckily the staff sorted out a suitable alternative.

The room and bathroom were sparkling clean. There was plenty of space in the car park. The staff was very friendly! The breakfast system is nice and original!
It would be nice if there were dog friendly rooms and if the smoking rooms were further from the non-smoking rooms. I could smell some smoke in my room.

Bed very hard and I was asked to order grab and go but came down at 10:04am and was told I’d missed breakfast. I assumed as it was preordered that would be ok but it wasn’t.
