Wonderful
Clean hotel, very good value for money. Staff were excellent, the breakfast was lovely and catered for gluten free.

Good quiet location. Good parking and very nice restaurant on site. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tea/coffee facilities plus vending machine in foyer plus kettle and tea/coffee in room. All good basic essentials like soaps and hairdryer and television. Good spaces for storing clothes. The grab and go breakfast was good.
Small things only. No lift on the premises so you need to lift your suitcase upstairs. The springs in the bed were noisy when you turned over. The tv is a flat screen but a bit old, so casting from your phone wasn't enabled meaning you only have the digital tv.

Location next to Albert’s was our reason for booking. The staff were great & so helpful
Property is very tired looking. We paid £140 which said breakfast included but breakfast was a grab to go sandwich or you could use the restaurant next door and pay for your own with a 20% residents discount - this just seemed misleading as we assumed the breakfast included was at the restaurant

The breakfast was pretty good , we were out early so it was perfect to take with us on the go .
Some of the decor is a little tired , it could do with an upgrade but it didn't spoil our stay .

Great location for a one night stay. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Restaurant next door was great for a late night dinner. Would stay here again

Free parking rooms were clean but dated easy to get to
No lift, rooms were dated and bed although big wasn’t very comfy, two plug sockets did not work to charge my phone??

Access to Albert’s Bar and Restaurant was very nice. Car parking was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable, with a nice selection of hot and cold drinks. Free coffee was also available in reception which was nice. Great value for money.
