The staff were amazing , kind , friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for better hospitality.
The bed was very hard , the room had a very musty smell about it, there was building work going on when we turned up really hard banging very noisy and then the banging started very early in the morning .The room above we could hear all through the night loud footsteps .
We couldn’t settle , sleepless night which resulted in us leaving a day earlier than we had booked and paid for.
No refund or discount was offered for our
Inconvenience and sleepless night and having to leave early as we couldn’t bear the noise or another uncomfortable sleepless night.

Big room, big bed! For the rate you could probably have fit three people in it! Comfortable pillows, warm bedding and even a breakfast thrown in for the price. If I was going to an event in Manchester again I'd probably stay here and taxi in for the ease.

The breakfast was just enough to start the day. Nice and hot
The building work in the hotel started to early at 7.00 am ( drilling . Etc ) not good to be woken up so early.. the beds are hard and need changing or a thicker comfy mattress topper added.

Very welcoming. Room was lovely, warm & very comfortable. All the staff were polite, professional, courteous & friendly.
The grab & go breakfast worked very well.
Certainly would recommend & will be staying there again!
