the room was a good size, décor was older, but some rooms are being upgraded, however the rooms were all very clean, comfortable, and quiet.
The staff were all very attentive without being pushy and the take out breakfast was excellent.

Location to Swinton & Salford. Hotel is clean & comfortable. The staff are polite, friendly & professional. Always welcoming. This is our second visit.

It was warm and the staff were helpful. Car park.

Very expensive for what it was. Certainly wasn’t worth £150 ! Paint finish was poor. In all it’s very old and tired. The toilet was very cramped. The twin beds weren’t overly comfortable and it’s advertised as breakfast included but what it doesn’t say is that it comes in a bag and you have to take it back to your room, never seen that before, good job there was a decent restaurant next door. No USB ports,had to get a charger plug from reception.

Wonderful
Room was comfortable and the food in teh adjacent restaurant was top notch.
The room was cold at night and the breakfast could have been a bit more creative - a sausage in a bun is NOT a breakfast but it was OK. The carpets could do with a change but I think that was a work in progress.

It was conveniently located and reasonably priced for this day and age.
The property is getting very Tired and needs an upgrade.
I was disappointed that breakfast was not available in the adjoining property Albert's. Seems this is only an option at weekends.

Could not get the shower to work and the radiator was difficult to get on. I had to get the reception to help me

Location good, parking good and secure, breakfast was functional. The communal area carpets could do with a very good clean or replacement. The rooms was heated with electric radiator which you could not turn up and the room was cold. But staff lovely and the room well equipped.

The staff were amazing , kind , friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for better hospitality.
The bed was very hard , the room had a very musty smell about it, there was building work going on when we turned up really hard banging very noisy and then the banging started very early in the morning .The room above we could hear all through the night loud footsteps .
We couldn’t settle , sleepless night which resulted in us leaving a day earlier than we had booked and paid for.
No refund or discount was offered for our
Inconvenience and sleepless night and having to leave early as we couldn’t bear the noise or another uncomfortable sleepless night.
