Great location. The attached restaurant and bar was excellent.
It was a bit noisy due to its location. Road noise and early deliveries/ waste collection prevented a good nights sleep

The staff were great. It's really helpful to have a friendly face behind reception.
The rooms were excellent, clean to perfection. Great room maid.
The cooked breakfast was very poor, sadly. The sausage and bacon were very dry and over cooked
It's not really doing the Hello Hotel Justice.

Didn't sleep due to noise level in the room above the soundproofing is very inadequate not offered any kind of refund by staff on site.
