Easy to find. Great parking space and location quite good
The hotel is near the main road and the noise from the road was quite bad all night long. If to stay stay in the internal side not road side.

Breakfast was good, we had it in Alberts and I thought it was included in the price but was a little disappointed to learn that the B&B cost only included the breakfast box.
The bathroom was very tired and dated

The property was clean and staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast bap & juice/ coffee provided for breakfast was adequate and tasty. While the adjoining restaurant serves as a great place to eat in the evenings
The pillows were quite hard although I didn’t ask for any alternative to be fair. If you don’t have a car then the shops/ pubs are a fair walk

Very clean, easy access. Andrew on the front desk pulled out all the stops as we needed to check in way before the stated time as we had a wedding to attend in Manchester.

This hotel it very clean and well maintained. The staff always make you feel welcomed and will try there best to accommodate any requests.

No additional charge for the car park.
Staff helpful in letting me park after checkout time for me to pick up later after the course finished.
Breakfast - Average- Not expecting to be given in a goodie bag.
Road noise- particularly an uneven manhole making noise everytime a car tyre pass over it.

The room was nice and a good size and the bed was large and clean and comfortable. The breakfast box was on and there were tea and coffee making facilities.
There was quite a lot of traffic noise which kept us awake unfortunately. That was the main downside.
