Reception staff were pleasant, especially the lady working in the morning who juggled breakfasts and other things with courtesy
A vegan option for breakfast would be appreciated. Brioche buns taste nice but contain egg and milk.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. I did not realise on booking that the breakfast was a 'grab and go' rather than a buffet. The quality of the breakfast provided was edible but very average, for example not fresh coffee available, just sachets and hot water.
Staff were friendly though and free parking and wifi so needs were met overall and reasonable price.
Breakfast options. No toiletries other than generic hair/body/hand wash in dispenser.

Stated on the site that breakfast was included,,we paid over £100 for one night to be given a grab and go breakfast, a sausage and bacon barn, the sausage was horrible, like eating rubber , bacon was same, a tiny cake bottle of oj, and tea from an urn with lukewarm not hot water, if we wanted a full breakfast we would be given a 20%off voucher, this should be stated on the booking site,

Room was nice and clean.
Bed was hard and had dufficulty sleeping.
Says breakfast includrd, but a very limited choice unless you wanted to go in Restraunt and pay.
Location was great.
Overall decent hotel.

It was an ideal location as I was at a wedding at Albert’s next door. The 2 staff I spoke to on my check in on 26th July (female and then change over to male) were super nice. Extremely professional and friendly, credit to the hotel.
