My partner and I come here every year and it's always amazing. The room had been fairly recently renovated and was more modern looking than our last visit. Never any complaints about this place, the staff are lovely and booked taxis for me and are always happy. And what can I say about the property itself and the surroundings? Simply magical.

The Indian gentleman at the bar was incredibly attentive and provided good service.
I was completely ignored by the waitresses and my one dish ordered came 55 minutes after later arrivals who were served before me. Shocking service. Really bad.

I am a frequent visitor and was delighted to be upgraded to the Lakeview room. It was much appreciated. Staff lovely and friendly as usual. Jasmine always a delight and very welcoming.

So serene!! Beautiful building and grounds!! The front desk was so kind! The room was beautiful looking over the countryside and lake! We were so thankful to find a peaceful spot to stay after long travel!
The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean! Lovely bathroom and shower too! Lived walking the property and enjoying the swans and other birds at the lake! Thank you for a most wonderful stay!!

The staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and nice.
Location was fantastic very quiet and clean, you can enjoy an afternoon tea watching the farm or go for walking around it.

This is an amazing location
let down heavily by the details, cheap plastic foliage and flowers every where, laminated menus, and pub style choices! Filthy floors around the coffee tables (used for a function) first thing in the morning before service has even started.
When I’m spending 250 a night to a room booked for 2 and there is only 1 towel in the room it’s sloppy! Cheap coffee from mediocre machines it’s seriously disappointing.

The location was beautiful, and staying there was convenient as we were attending a wedding reception there.
The hotel accommodation was very dated - shower only ran cold water, tiny little fan in the room despite it being very warm, We booked two rooms - one for us and and another for our daughters but the rooms were at opposite ends of the hotel.
