Floor 5 smelt of cigarettes, first person we see on our floor is a young lad with a balaclava and gloves on.... It's cheap you get what you pay for.

It was not worth £140 for 1 night absolute rip off! Had to park in a car park around the corner and walk back in the freezing cold. The amenities were rubbish and less than basic.bedroom wasn't clean had dirty marks all over the walls.

Location ideal across from the tram stop. Parking on site.
I get it was cheap but at the very least tea & coffee facilities could be provided without having to schlep down to reception! Not even a mug or glass to have a drink (that I bought from Tesco up the road) from. I’ve stayed in travelodges for less and have always had tea & coffee provided. It’s the bare minimum and would make a difference! I paid for breakfast but it looked super basic and a bit grim so we went to find a wetherspoons.

The staff were helpful
It is very dirty and in need of refreshing. Our room was covered in cigarette burns and the sink was blocked so we had to ask to move rooms. The parking should be included with the price of the room.
