Everything was clean, tidy and as expected. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was nice and fresh. The staff were pleasant. I only stayed for one night, but I 've no complaints. Everything was great.
The only slight issue was that the air-conditioner in the room wasn't working properly, so I wasn't able to control the temperature and it was very noisy. So I only had two options with it: 'ON' or 'OFF'. Beyond that, I couldn't control it in any way. Other than that, everything else was great.

Disappointing
Staff on duty the day we got there 4th May really nice and helpful but the staff on the 5th totally disreguarded our comments on the noise problem
The room was like having a generator located outside the door so loud. We had to pack our things and change rooms at 1.30am in the morning

Just on the outskirts of the city 15 minute walk to the hub, quiet location, plenty of free parking which is a bonus these days, excellent help yourself breakfast and the staff couldn't have been more helpful 10/10 will be my first choice next time in Manchester

We liked everything about the hotel, it's location, the facilities, the food and drink, the decor and furnishings but most of all we liked the staff.
Everyone we encountered was friendly, polite, welcoming and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay!

Breakfast was nice
Got back at 10:30pm asked night staff where I could get food was just told to Uber something not very helpfull. Or find a Chinese takeaway but they didn't know where one was so i spent 25 minutes looking for one in a place i have never been before. I think being told to go and look for one at 10:30 at night in a unfamiliar place is not the right thing or safe thing for hotel staff to be saying to their guests. Now the room was nice but the USB charging point did not work so had no power in my phone, pillows were really hard, this was horrible. So had to use towels as a pillow which was mildly better. And then at 6:30am got woken up by what seemed like an elephant
