I had a severely disrupted sleep due to noise pollution from the room next door. It was loud till early hours of the morning.
I did make my feelings known to Christopher on reception at around 3am and his response was invalidating, uncaring and lacked in support.
At breakfast I made my feelings known of how upset I was that there had been no action in fact the response I got was”what should I have done chuck them out”
I am a professional business owner who was a key speaker on mental health today in Salford. I underperformed due to my negative experience at your place of stay.
I can honestly say this is my first negative review I have given on any accommodation and it does not fit well.
On the positive the breakfast was very good and no other issues arouse.

Great location and friendly and welcoming staff. Room had everything we needed.
Some of the plug sockets in the room didn’t work and not on both sides of the bed. Had to pay for
parking which was £10 for 1 night stay with the voucher code the hotel provided.
