Beautiful accomadation. As expected for the age of the property.
Lovely friendly staff.
Limited choose for breakfast if your wanting Gluten free or other. But my husband enjoyed his full English.
Location lovely, but extremely quite. Only two hotels in this area. No shops ect!
We found where to catch the bus to get into Wallington, which was easy and quick.
As long as your able to walk..
All round, we had a lovely stay.

Super king-size bed. Lovely bath which filled really quickly. Good breakfast.

In particular the food was beyond our expectations for a small English village. The staff were
fabulous, very friendly and at the same time professional. Even though we overslept the time for breakfast they went out of their way to cater for us. .
We were there during a heat wave so a larger fan in the bedroom would have been nice. The cover on the fan also prevented much air flow.

Delightful olde worlde establishment, complete with well in reception, splendid dining room and good breakfast

They resolved all our issues with good grace !
A couple of big mistakes were made ie the wrong room was allocated on arrival and the starter arrived after the main meal but it was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction....well done and thank you !

Adequate. Limited choice of cereals and coffee could have been better.
Advice on the closing time of the kitchen when we expected to have something to eat. We assumed that 7.30 on Sunday evening it would still be open when we booked on arrival. Nothing was said.

Very nice hotel in an ideal location for our boating weekend on the Thames.
Nothing major although our room (the Dorchester) was quite cold when we arrived. This was easily rectified when we turned on the radiators.

I really liked the location, in the centre of such a lovely village.
The weather and the room was too hot. The hotel being an old building has no air conditioning.
