Room was excitingly quirky, clean and comfortable, but steps were a bit of an issue.
Sunday dinner was truly amazing! (Lamb rump well cooked, well presented and absolutely delicious).
Good breakfast but sel;f service area was a bit shambolic and at a distance from most of the tables.

The location is great to visit Oxford.
Breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the room just underwent renovation. Parking on site. All good.
Showering in a bath tub is always a bit messy.

The room and hotel is very clean. The room was very quiet. The hotel building is very old with exposed beams and had a quirkiness, about it. The bar and dining room are lovely as are the staff. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive. A very comfortable, excellent place to stay. Thank you all.

Great location, fantastic staff, big rooms, good breakfast. No elevator but the gentleman at the desk helped us with our luggage

Loved the place so full of character huge comfy bed nice area to watch the tele dog was made very welcome breakfast was nice the dining room was so nicely presented food in the bar was delicious the area was stunning shirt drive to Oxford

Food was amazing but the rest let it down massively.
Firstly the room we were put in looked like staff accommodation and nothing like the photos, there was an issue with the water where nothing was coming out of taps or shower and toilet took an age to fill back up so did not get a shower before leaving. The man checking you in didn't even look up to say that the main restaurant room was shut which is the reason it was booked for someone's birthday so we had to eat in the bar which was OK but wouldn't have booked it if knew this was the case. Then there was a group of 4 eating in there which didn't make sense why everyone else was squashed into the bar area. I did message the hotel about the problems as per my but nothing. Shame as has the potential to be a very good place.

Thoroughly lovely and helpful staff. The food at the White hart was really superb, we had the Sunday roast and the celeriac steak was very good, the next day I had the vegetable wellington which was really tasty and flavourful. So unusual to get such good veggie options . Bonus plus was the desserts, thyme and honey cheesecake, pecan pie and tarts tatin - incredible! We also slept very well after doing long walks around the Thames path.
