The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel is well maintained and the staff were responsive and helpful. The room had good sized desk, and there was ample parking, so it's very handy considering Oxford is such a pain with parking in general, and with the added fun of a congestion charge being able to park here so easily is a big plus.

Really comfortable beds, great space in bedroom, powerful shower, beautiful location, 15 min walk to city centre, gorgeous river walk behind hotel, peaceful and so quiet, amazing breakfast & room service!

Lovely location just a few steps from the Thames and a nice walk into town. Clean comfortable rooms with quality towels and linen. All meals excellent and breakfast a treat. Staff friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent--many wonderful choices. The location was also excellent--quiet, with a walking path by the Thames to reach the city center.
The bathroom had a few issues. For examples, a very tall bathtub with no grab bar; the shower had two shower heads, but the switch to the overhead shower head did not work. A walk-in shower would have been appreciated. The lighting over the sink was not adequate for make-up application. There was only one switch when you entered the room that controlled all the overhead lights; it wasn't possible to just light the area with the closets and kettle.

Very close to Oxford city centre and plenty of parking. This was my only real requirement as Oxford city centre is pretty anti-car.
Skid marks in toilet, stains on bedding and I got an email on the **morning of checkout** regarding my requests that were put through at the point of booking.
The request was simply that I had my daughter (3) travelling with me and that appropriate provisions were in place for her to use the sofa bed included in the room.
She had to sleep with me in the double bed rather than on the sofa bed because nobody had left us any bedding. Pretty poor to be honest.

Overall, very nice stay: convenient location, room was very well equipped, nice and ambient design,friendly staff. Breakfast was great.
SPA zone was not quite clean and some lockers didn’t work.

Parking charge is quite steep when you’re a guest, but it is a central location. It would have also been great to have a mini fridge in the room

The room was excellent, great size, clean with a lovely private balcony. Breakfast was fairly basic but good service. Location was Ideal close enough to the centre of Oxford. The SPA is disappointing, it more of a pool with a small gym and some treatments.

Wonderful
We came here for the weekend to get out of London, and it was lovely. We deliberately picked to stay here a little way from the centre, but it was perfect - a short walk into the main attractions in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice, good facilities, comfortable room.

The property is very well located, had well appointed facilities especially the rooms and dining facilities. The staff are very helpful.
The property needs to make patrons aware if property upgrades are going to impact electricity, dining facilities and lifts in advance or before they book. These negatively impacted my stay.
