room was clean and tidy quiet ,we had lunch which was fine service good
we though there should be more options for breakfast £25 for eat has much as you like ok but if you only wanted tea/coffee and toast there wasn't a choice so we never had breakfast .Car parking was a lot per night at £25.

Breakfast very good. Room was excellent for two Ladies sharing. Hotel is immaculate. Both my friend & myself stayed at Xmas with One Traveller and decided to return.
I would recommend the hotel to friends & family.
The glass bathroom door was a little inconvenient during the night (the light) and the generator outside is noisy....but these are observations not dislikes.

Parking was ridiculous. As a resident I would not expect to pay £27 for the privilege of parking overnight. Ridiculous.

Parking was a full 24 hours from check in, meaning that I could walk into my meeting in Oxford.
I couldn't find a staircase and didn't like having to use the lift for one floor. I should have asked because it wasn't clear where to find a staircase in case of fire.

Two members of staff reaching out, otherwise experienced staff with disinterested attitude. Comfy bed.
Poor evening meal first night ( full board). Limited full board menu hairdryer didnt work. Ignored birthday request . Poor lighting in room. Towels hard and could smell fresher.
