The staff were so welcoming and helpful in all areas of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, wide variety of hot and cold food.

Everything was just perfect. Lovely decor, amazing breakfast, lovely pool and spa facilities, very spacious room and super comfy beds. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always smiling which really changes how you feel in a hotel as a guest.
I can't really fault the hotel and the staff, but it occurred to us after we got lost a couple of times that there should be signage in front of the lifts as you come out.

Lovely hotel and grounds, polite staff.
It was like sleeping in a nightclub rather than a Spa Hotel, loud music until early hours of the morning, drunken people sitting in the courtyard. The room had no air-conditioning and only a tiny fan, which maybe most of the time might be sufficient however with the recent heatwave and the inability to leave windows open due to drunk people congregating the courtyard, it was far from effective. Unfortunately this was a terrible choice of hotel for a 1 night stay.

The pool was the best part even though it was quite dirty
No aircon for a room that cost £200 and refused to give a refund because the complaint isn’t good enough is ridiculous
