No breakfast offered.
Inn shuts at 8 pm on a Sunday so no food offered. Then no breakfast that was a long time to go with no food. No snacks even offered.

The staff were amazing! I have stayed in alot of hotels and bed and breakfasts. The New Inn has the friendliest staff i have ever met!
It is clean and the room is lovely.
The pillows were too soft (personal preserence)
The heating went off at 2230. It was pretty cold, then it randomly came on in the early hours, and we woke up boiling hot
No breakfast, which is a shame. The pub food looked amazing, i would have loved a good breakfast in the morning
Our room had a lovely little courtyard. It would have been nice if the mounds of leaves had been picked up. The table and chairs are wooden and well rotted, it really is a shame because it's a lovely space and what enticed us to rebook

Second time staying here as visiting local, comfortable room and great meals available at pub.
Rooms are small but not an issue , could do with a little update but no real complaint, I’ll be back next time

Wonderful
Quiet location, close enough to the town to nip in when you need, far enough to enjoy the peace. Lovely room, well decorated and kept.
Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Extremely helpful when I locked myself out.
Would have like a small fridge in the room.

The room had a little garden attached to it. Must be lovely in the summer. Easy parking. Strong shower with hot water. Very quiet at night, good place for deep sleep. Amazing pub with top class food. I had the best goat cheese salad with homemade bread and chips and my partner chicken. The new chef is very friendly.
The last 10 minutes journey to the pub was on rubbish roads, the pub feels a bit in the middle of nowhere. The carpets were super dirty and the toilet could have been cleaner.

Evening meals were excellent! Nice atmosphere in the pub bar. Good location for getting straight out into the countryside.
Sound travelled very easily in the building so as soon as someone in the room below put the tv on or had a phone conversation my peace was spoilt.

Good
Our bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The bathroom
was squeaky clean and the location of the inn, peaceful.
It needs care, updating and sprucing up. In our room the beige carpets were dirty and worn; wood effect surfaces in the bathroom were chipped and a tap was wonky; the loo was difficult to flush. There was no notice with Wifi code or any other information.
All together these add up to a scruffiness and general sense of lack of care and upkeep. Sadly the bar was soulless and by 8.45 the fire smelt strongly of smouldering wood so we left for our room.
