Very comfortable room. Nice pub but no food Min and Tue. Quiet and a great nights sleep.
Poor tv signal, no breakfast option but kettle in the room so a couple of coffee bags and pre bought pastries made it work

The New Inn provided exactly what we needed - a comfortable and very reasonably priced room. Our host was also extremely helpful. Check in and check out was completely straightforward.

Everything including the fact they are unreasonable. An alternative was not offered at the time of complaint. Was forced to find an alternative property.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.Stairway and door to rooms were nicely decorated.
The room could do with being updated. Marks on the carpet were pretty much the first thing you seen. Decor generally could do with cleaning up to brighten the place. Lighting was very dim. Bathroom, bath/ shower was heavily watermarked no plug provided for the bath so only a shower available, shower spray was very weak. Only a part roll of loo paper suppled had to ask staff for more.
