Homely comfort, very good attention by manager.
Great location for visiting partner in J R hospital, easy 10 min walk.

This location was perfect for us! We loved having a bus stop right outside the front door and there were also good restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and comfortable. While the furniture is older, things were comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully remodeled. We loved the view out of our window: a gorgeous apple tree! And the neighborhood was very quiet--we enjoyed having our windows open!
While our room was very clean, we didn't get the same impression from the public shared spaces. Those could have been cleaner and much less cluttered.

Breakfast apart from the eggs was fine.
Eggs where only half cooked, raw on top.
Room had very long thick cobwebs, holes in the walls, dirty walls and tiny room. I thought I booked a double room but turns out it was a single. Not like the rooms displayed on website. I felt like I was sleeping in a slum.
No one was on security and my room key was just hanging up for anyone to take and steal from my room. I didnt feel safe at all.

I loved how friendly and cozy the feel of the place was. I'm originally from the States, so having things like tea/hot chocolate available every night (restocked daily) or the place reorganized often was welcomed and appreciated.

Its quiet despite being located on the main road. Its quaint and I enjoyed my room facing the trees and quiet neighborhood. It was also 6mins walk to the only Anytime Fitness gym in Oxford.
This property is about 15mins away by car from Oxford city centre, which meant for those wanting to be walking distance to the action, you are not. Thought to mention this.

We had a very pleasant stay and the owners were quite kind and accommodating.
It was a bit distant from the center but the bus stop is right across the street. The system runs smoothly and often.

Dial House is clean and quiet, in a good location with easy access to Oxford.
My room was small with a shared bathroom down the corridor, which I think could've been offered for a lower price. It was perfectly adequate and clean, but a few small touches (pictures, plants, a splash of colour on the walls and soft furnishings...) could make a big difference.

Excellent location for anyone working or visiting Oxford. Numerous buses to take into town or return home in the evening or even late at night. The bus returning from Oxford stops directly in front of the Dial House Guest House.

The toilet had not been cleaned and had been used by someone with diarrhea. The sight and smell was disgusting. Cleaners had already left but the receptionist kindly cleaned it for me.
