Beautiful position on the River Thames with with own long frontage.
Excellent location for visiting many lovely towns and villages in the area.
Comfortable, clean room, friendly staff and very good reasonably priced food.
Good parking.
Minor point but some areas are in need of a little refurbishment.

The view was beautiful breakfast was lovely however wasn’t allowed extra hash browns which made me sad I love hashbrowns haha
The decor is rather dated stained carpets etc I think it could just do with abit of modernisation and it would be incredible.

Location was lovely, the young lad on the bar was very professional in all aspects
The whole place was very run down carpets in corridors were held down with masking tape and thread bear. The evening meal was ok. The breakfast experience was very poor. The table we were shown to had clearly not been cleaned down from previous guests had to ask for teaspoons and other cutlery to eat breakfast. Plate came out red hot but food was cold. The staff hadn't had any kind of training as they didn't know who had asked about hot drinks or breakfast order.

The location adjacent to the River Thames & Shillingford bridge was great with views from our room 42. Car park in front but obviously could not be moved.
Nothing really - room and public areas well decorated , albeit the staircases and corridors due for re carpeting and redecoration. Understood from the manager that new carpeting was currently awaited!

Our room was very musty smelling as if there was mould somewhere. Even though the room had been upgraded fairly recently
