The staff were wonderful - very friendly. The room wasn’t huge but a good size, with plenty of wardrobe space, a generous size bathroom for UK standards and good amenities - hair dryer, kettle, mugs, glasses, tea, shampoo, etc. Comfortable beds, basic but good breakfast.
The location isn’t central Oxford but very easy to get into the center by bus, with the bus stop very close by. The traffic noise was a bit bothersome but not too bad at night.

The set up of the little sitting room and tables where you could look out on the pretty garden while eating breakfast. Ladies who served breakfast were really friendly and accommodating.
Room was very cold and we couldn't get the heater to come on. That was a rough start as we came in pretty late. The concierge that welcomed us reeked of cigarette smoke which was off putting. Lastly, there was only one open place to plug in our phones and devices and that was below the desk. For international guests this is particularly a problem as we had to put a converter plug on the outlet. Recommend making a blanket available and more outlets available.

Nice comfortable bedroom. Cozy bed. Parking in property around 6 spaces. We liked this guest house. You can watch Netflix.
Breakfast not that tasty. It wasn’t any hairdryer in bathroom. Travel to Oxford by bus around 20 min. If you want to park near Oxford central you need to be careful because of Congestion Charge.

The staff was excellent in their service, providing clean sheets regularly. The room was also well-cleaned, and breakfast was excellent. The guesthouse location was accessible to city centre, which was great for exploring the city. Something else to note was the helpful placecards they had in the rooms, recommending local restaurants, taxis, and such. For a newbie in the city, it was a big help.
The water pressure in the bathroom could be better, but it wasn't impossible to work with.
While the location is great for access to the city, it also means you'll hear constant noise from the cars driving on the access road at night.

We had a very warm welcome and felt that the staff really cared for their guests. The breakfast was also good.
It was a minor inconvenience in not having a room with a shower and toilet en suite.

Friendly staff, good English breakfast, spacious room with bathroom for three persons, good location, parking on site, shops and restaurants along the same road to enjoy dinner without taking the car.
Single bed mattress uncomfortable for the back.

Thank you very much. It was very nice and clean. The staff was great. The house is so cozy. The location is not near city centre, but for me it was just what I needed. The garden is beautiful and you can sit in silence there.

The location was great, the neighborhood was very atractive. Proximity to bus stops was great. The staff was pleasant and most helpful.
