Nice staff at reception.
Even though room was advertised as a budget room, c. £100 for that standard of room is unacceptable, particularly when the property is in such an unfashionable area of town. The (shared) bathroom was grotty and uninviting and the room made me feel itchy.

My room was spacious and had everything I needed. The en suite shower was very nice too. Very quiet. Excellent location for John Radcliffe visiting. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Location is very close to the centre and a bus stop right outside. Oxford is an expensive place to stay and this was good value. They have a lovely, spacious garden. Friendly, helpful staff. They have parking available. I didn’t have breakfast there but it smelled great. The linen was good quality.
It’s a little bit tired and probably ready for a coat of paint soon, but my room was very clean. Having said this, for the price it exceeded expectations.

The staff were wonderful - very friendly. The room wasn’t huge but a good size, with plenty of wardrobe space, a generous size bathroom for UK standards and good amenities - hair dryer, kettle, mugs, glasses, tea, shampoo, etc. Comfortable beds, basic but good breakfast.
The location isn’t central Oxford but very easy to get into the center by bus, with the bus stop very close by. The traffic noise was a bit bothersome but not too bad at night.

The 1970s dayco was fascinating, saff really good
No hot water cheap quality food, paid for two nights only stayed the one nothing to keep us there .

Bedroom was lovely and warm, perfect after a cold evening out. Delightful hosts, loved the decor in the dining room, breakfast was ok, warm reception on arrival, thank you for a lovely stay
