Position is just superb. Everyone in the staff were pleasant, efficient, and well trained. Rooms smart, clean and comfortable. Delicious and varied breakfast.
Lots of members of the club part of this hotel and once we could not find a seat for lunch in the bar or lounge. Also morning coffee in restaurant never hot and not good coffee, in my view.

We were in Henley for a close friends funeral and Phyllis Court was a perfect location. Our room was ready early and it was so good to come back to after the funeral with a very good relaxing dinner

Wonderful
Breakfast was wonderful and the location superb. The room was very well and thoughtfully equipped- especially the bottles of water in the fridge.
Nothing really springs to mind. If there was a dress code in the restaurant in the evening it would be helpful to be told beforehand
