Views and location were great, breakfast very nice, sports facilities were good.
Our room was very, very hot and although a desk fan was in the room, it didn't really help us to not have a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Was quite unimpressed by the receptionists response when I told her this on check out.

This is a beautiful members club. The staff are really helpful. The room was upgraded for mother and daughters birthdays.
The view from our balcony was fabulous overlooking the Thames. The location is very central. The room, bed linen and towels were so white and of a good standard. The bathroom is absolutely lovely. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. We had a very special stay and would highly recommend
The room was a king size and initially we thought on the small side but found it big enough.
Unfortunately the balcony needed a sweep. We found an old corsage, paper serviette and lots of cobwebs. I did report this at check out and the receptionist was very apologetic and said it would be reported. This was, I'm sure, an oversite as every other part of the complex was exceptional.

Lovely location on the river, comfortable room and an excellent swimming pool. Breakfast was good too.
Being part of a private members club brings a bit of formality and dress codes. Perhaps not the best place to take children.

Location was great, safe parking. Staff were friendly and very helpful
Breakfast in orangery was excellent, good choice, lovely staff
We were advised there was no evening food Sunday and Monday evening which was fine, good that we were advised
What we were very cross about was that as non members we were not allowed into the bar overlooking the river. One afternoon we came back from a walk to have cake and tea, had to sit in the internal lounge room, I asked again, saying but the literature in our room says we are “members” during our stay? While I appreciate Bridge Room, billiard room, club rooms etc are out of bounds. Paying guests should be allowed enjoy a drink the river. Also disappointed that swimming pool shut at 4pm?

Such a luxury stay with amazing breakfast that had a wide variety of options, river views and location. The room was well-sized with a river-view balcony! Will definitely revisit.
Nothing that I did not like about the place or the services provided. But I wish there were monitoring for residents who make noise repetatively after midnight.
