Excellent location, very clean, and easy stay We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment and would happily recommend it to other international travellers. The location is excellent — around a 10-minute walk to Worcester College, the Ashmolean Museum, and the theatre, which made exploring Oxford very easy. There are many restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops nearby, all within comfortable walking distance. The apartment was very clean, well organised, and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, which made our stay simple and relaxing. The local representative was friendly and helpful, offering great support during our visit — thank you. The kitchen was fully equipped, ideal for longer stays, and having supermarkets close by was very convenient. We also appreciated the good parking, which is not always easy to find in Oxford. Overall, this apartment offers excellent value, a great central location, and a stress-free experience. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to couples, families, and academic visitors. The location was great — only about a 10-minute walk from Worcester College and the University Press. There are so many great places to eat nearby, with lots of pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops all within easy walking distance. We even tried to do a pub crawl, but there were simply too many places to choose from! The apartment was spotless and very well organised. Everything we needed was provided, and the representative was extremely helpful and gave us great support throughout our stay — thank you. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we didn’t need to do any cooking because we were completely spoilt for choice with restaurants nearby. Having three grocery stores close by was also very convenient. Parking was excellent and made the stay even easier. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a brilliant location. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily book again.

Great location with an easy walk into town. The canal walk was a real highlight — very calming and lovely to see the long boats along the way. Plenty of pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby, so we were spoilt for choice. The apartment was spotless and well organised, with everything we needed provided. The representative was friendly and very supportive — thank you. Fully equipped kitchen (though we hardly used it!) and parking was much appreciated. A very comfortable and relaxing place to stay — we would happily recommend it and would book again.

Perfect family-friendly apartment in a great location The location was ideal for our family — an easy walk into town, with plenty of pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby, which made meals and outings very easy. The apartment was spotless and very well organised. Everything we needed was provided, and the representative was friendly, helpful, and quick to support us whenever needed, which made the stay stress-free. The kitchen was fully equipped and more than adequate for family meals, and having parking on site was extremely convenient. The courtyard was a real highlight for us. It was safe and enclosed within the complex, giving the children space to run around and play freely. Being right by the river with lovely views made it a relaxing spot for both adults and children. Overall, this was a fantastic family stay. We would absolutely book again and would highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

The location was excellent — an easy walk to the Oxford colleges and university. There were also plenty of great eating places nearby, with lots of pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. The 2-bed apartment was very clean and well organised. Everything we needed was provided, and the representative was helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and very adequate for a longer stay, making it easy to cook and feel at home. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay again.

The location was very good. the housekeeper was friendly.
house rules were a little too "quirky" - had to manage hot water use, clean the apartment, take out the garbage. We arrived a bit later than expected and the owner seemed a bit frantic to reach me due to the need for a person to be present to hand over keys and provide an orientation to the unit. check-in should be more customer friendly

Wonderful
Free parking ., large flat with 2 bathrooms so for 2 couples was perfect . Nice stay . All the extra cleaning stuff etc. Although we didn't use is this visitas we only slept in the apartment . Was nice to know It was there.

Disappointing
The guy on the phone was so helpful to guide us to the apartment. Be aware that the address given on Booking.Com site is not the accommodation site. (No where near it)The bedding was clean and comfortable.
The toilets had not been cleaned, the kitchen table and benches were extremely dirty.

It is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable.
Difficult instructions to park and get the key, it could be explained a lot easier. Too many rules to switch on and off the heaters, water and to take the bed sheets away yourself. Not very centric, be ready to walk 20 minutes. Check out is quite early at 10am, be ready to pay £20 per extra hour..

Good space, quiet setting, comfortable apartment
Not the city centre location that we‘d expected from the billing. It’s is not 10 minutes walk from the city centre but almost 30 minutes. We came by train and the rail station is 25 minutes walk. There is no bus stop nearby. Instructions for entry to the apartment were not easy to follow. We were tired after our journey and the trek from the station with luggage! We arrived after check in time at 4.00pm but staff had not completed the changeover so were still there. Several lightbulbs (8) were not working. An instruction manual in the apartment would be helpful rather than email correspondence, particularly for short stays.

The apartment is perfectly adequate and the parking is secure.
The apartment is misrepresented as being 10 minutes walk from the city centre. It is actually over a mile away - but you're not given the real address until just beforehand. Why the obvious deception? The apartment is not a luxury apartment, just an adequate, comfortable one.There is not enough hot water for four people. I suspect there is sme sort of electrical fault as four bulbs blew out on being turned on. This made the lounge area pretty gloomy.

Excellent, secure location outside (from way we approached) congestion charge. Parking under building very convenient. Property v clean.
Cold tap in kitchen slow to respond. Underfloor heating takes a little while to warm up but then you are very warm. We were met at outside gates of property entrance and shown where to park / location key safe etc. This was v efficient and made our arrival much smoother.

Beds were super comfy. Nice sized property. Property was clean. Host was helpful and friendly.
Finding the car parking space was a nightmare and then trying to get access into the building was also a right faff. Advertised that it is right in the city centre which is why I booked. However on arrival, it was found to be a near 20 min walk into the centre which was a bit annoying as we were back and forth a bit. Also, I have never been anywhere where I’ve been asked to strip the beds in the morning.
