The location was the only thing we liked about this rental.
Shower was a HUGE disappointment. You either get hot or cold, but not warm so we had to skip showers during our stay and wash up in the sink in the kitchen. We had ants in the room. Maid put powder down all over the floor and that seemed to get rid of the ants, but the powder got onto our things. Heard a lot of thumping sounds above our room. Washer/dryer is a joke. It washes ok, but doesn't dry the clothes. Had to hang those up on a rack they provide. TV was very small.

Location, close to family's home, bus stop, restaurants and shops. We walked or took a bus everywhere we needed to go.
The mattress and mattress cover were old, dirty and stained. The wall between the bed and the toilet made noises which kept me awake. Despite phoning the host as well as sending a message through Bookings.com. about this, the issue wasn't resolved. I will never pay in advance with a no refund policy again. We felt stuck.

The accommodation was a tiny one-room apartment on the third floor: it was tidy, bright, and met all my needs as a solo traveler. It was reminiscent of a very nice one-room student accommodation, which quite put me in the Oxford mood. The location, up Woodstock Road about 2 km from town, suited me and I found it easy to walk about half an hour to the city center, or hop on a bus. The shops, cafés and restaurants of Summertown were a quick 6 minute walk away, which was a nice surprise.
I can imagine the room feeling quite cramped for more than one traveler/suitcase. No elevator, so you have to haul your luggage up if staying on the upper floors. I did not interact with a single human being or representative throughout my 3-night stay. Thankfully check-in and check-out were clear and simple, and everything went well.

I stayed here several times at the start of the year. The property is very well situated for north Oxford, has lovely rooms and I found the staff extremely helpful. The price of rooms is also very good which I appreciated.

No key for us in key safe. Had to ring lots of numbers. Eventually put into different room. Room tired and shabby. Noisy. Not like photos or description.

Had a great one night stay at Noa Residence. The communication with the owner was really efficient. The studio was spacious, very clean and had everything needed, area was quiet too.. Location was great for travel to city centre with bus stop just down the road. I would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Very good location , very nice Edwardian house . Loved the tiled entrance hall .Woodstock rd is a very nice area of North Oxford . Also close to the canal , which is a very interesting walk into the city centre .
Only one comfy chair to sit on , and not easy to move it . No instructions for cooker , microwave ,other appliances . I can’t have been the only guest who has never used an electric cooker before ! Bedding could have been a bit more attractive ! Only one set of keys . My partner and I sometimes did separate things , soon two occasions l spent an hour sitting on wall waiting for him to get back , luckily the weather was warm and sunny .!
