Very Good
The location was convenient for bus travel around Oxford and it was close to a mall. The staff was very friendly. Shower worked great I liked the downstairs lobby and the breakfast was excellent.
It was advertised as having AC but it really only had a very ineffective tower AC and windows only opened a tiny bit. We were on the 5th floor so the heat was oppressive. The hallways were a little cooler.

The cell room was fun. The location was great; everything was within easy walking distance. The staff was terrific.
The bed was smaller and shorter than expected; and the shower floor was very slippery.

Windows were not operable and air system was not working properly, so our room was a bit stuffy. But otherwise very comfortable.

Excellent staff and facilities. Breakfast great but overpriced. Central location.
Better room ventilation. Unable to open windows, no bathroom fan or way to bring in cooler air. Staff brought fan to move around the stuffy air. This was April.

We thought it was great. Quirky, clean and all the little extra touches like chocolates, toiletries, pad and pen. Very welcoming.
I missed the turning into the drive so ended up in the bus lane so looking forward to a nice fine!!

The property itself is a part of oxfords illustrious history and staying in such a place like Malmaison made my fiancé and I feel like we were VIPs, walking through the halls of the renovated prison felt like a step back in time.
