location and atmosphere
in general a bit too “old” and run down: old and smelly carpets in the corridor 3rd floor -bathroom essentials limited, shower head old - not very clean… not great for a 5 stars hotel

The hotel was fantastic. The staff were great, every single one.
The rooms were so nice! Breakfast was great and the Morse Bar is well worth the visit to relax and enjoy lovely drinks and atmosphere!

Loved size of room & comfy bed. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.
If I stayed again I would ask for a room in different part of hotel as it was noisy late at night/early morning, not sure if we were over the kitchens.

The building and decoration style were breathtaking. Easily one of the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed at. The room was so comfy, gorgeous style, bed amazing. The food was great, much better prices than in most touristy places in London, staff was super kind and helpful. Finally the location is impossible to beat. I really would stay there again !
Would be great if the TVs were offering Netflix as the program selection is a bit limited (especially being French there wasn't much to watch for my taste) - especially with such big TVs !
Finally, I suspect the bar tender from the Morse served me regular coffee while I asked specifically for a decaf Irish coffee. Ended up being a bit too awake late at night ! But I wouldn't hold it against the Randolph as honestly all of my stay besides this has been an absolute delight !

From the moment we stepped into the Hotel all of the staff were friendly and very professional.
The room was beautifully decorated in a style contemporary with the building, giving a wonderful atmosphere.
Breakfast menu choices included everything you could possibly want!
There was (unfortunately) a fire alarm in the night, but it was a false alarm which was quickly communicated to us by another guest.

Superb location and love the University theme decor! Staff were also very helpful and kind.
Mixed experience in the Spa- one evening it was perfect, another, it got v crowded and was not kept clean.

On arrival, I asked if a larger room/bed was available. We arrived early from the airport, at 10am and did not expect to have access to our room before 3pm. But the young man at reception upgraded us and gave a room that was immediately available. Greatly appreciated. The staff were courteous and helpful, the room was spacious and clean. We had a lovely overnight stay there.
