Air con was broken plugs were broken blood on the floor staff knew the air con was broken just said u can have a fan mould on curtains and in bathroom

I had an excellent stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford.
The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is convenient - you can easily reach Oxford town centre in about 10 minutes by Uber.
There is ample parking available at £8 per night, which is very reasonable.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely visit again.
One small downside was the pool area. It’s quite small and can get busy, and access to the sauna, steam room, and pool is limited to 30-minute slots, which felt a bit restrictive.

Everything, beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, loved the swimming pool, lovely meal at the marco pierre white restaurant and breakfast was great too.
It was our wedding anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, when we entered our room the bed was covered in red rose petals and beautifully arranged towels, they also left us a hand written card with drinks and sweets.

The bed was comfortable
As soon as I got in the room I had 2 stuff knocking on my door saying the fire alarm went off which it didn’t and they were quite rude. There was no fridge in my room I asked for one and they brought it a few hours later and it wasn’t working. Around midnight they came into my room again saying the same thing about the fire alarm which it’s very disrespectful and annoying. I would not recommend staying there I won’t ever again. I asked for refund and they only refunded the first night which I don’t think it’s fair for the disturbance they caused.
