Wonderful
The staff was very nice and friendly, the food in the bar was very tasty and not expensive. Its on a bus route direct into town and the best way to get around. Being able to have a swim and steam after walking around all day was a lovely bonus. The Hotel itself was decorated lovely and was fresh and clean.
The pool was very small, not possible to swim laps but not a huge issue. When heading to our room we were not made aware that there was no lift in the direction we were sent. If there was another floor my older aunt would have had issues, They did have one but it was up the other end of the hotel and looked to be only for wheelchairs.

A comfortable bed and good night’s sleep. Excellent breakfast.
Nothing major. The two rooms I’d booked were very far apart- corridors are very long! Some areas were a bit shabby.

Great location just off A34. Having a pool was good for an early morning swim. Staff very friendly . Car parking good and reasonable charge

We were able to upgrade our room and check in early, leave our luggage and go exploring. Staff was cordial and helpful. Room as well as hotel was clean and inviting. Had fresh fruit available.

The hotel was only just OK
The staff could have been a little friendly. We had a deluxe room, but it was one of the smallest bathrooms I have ever encountered (esp. poor considering it was deemed a deluxe room). The bathroom door was so old that all the hinges on it were rusty - resulting in it being so hard to close! I was so appalled I took a video of it! It has unfortunately changed my view of Leonardo hotels. :-(

Wonderful
Unable to register ratings, but, excellent room Staff all very efficient and friendly. The room and buffet for our Hamble reunion both excellent. Ideal location.
Staff seemed overwhelmed on our first breakfast (09.00 Thursday), problems cleaning and setting tables. Fine the next day
