hotel was great but with a huge development going on behind, we experienced on the saturday morning from 7:30am builders having an argument, racial abuse and pure filthy language, the hotel didnt do anything to compensate awful customer servic

Wonderful
Glad to come back again, and this time it was a big room with comfortable facilities. Again, i would say this hotel is more comfortable than many nowdays 5 stars hotel, the room is big, the hotel is comfortable, the breakfast is plenty, and the price was very reasonable, and with 10-15 minutes taxi from center, you get a quite and relaxed neighborhood. Bus 6 is right in front of the hotel, and you can get taxi easily just press the button of the reception, about £ 10-15 to go to the city center. The staff is very nice also, Lina from reception is a very sweet lady and helped me to solve the euro plug issues.

Breakfast was very good. Location was very good because of the great bus route. The reception area was spacieuse and cool despite the very high heat outside.

The hotel was clean, modern and in a good location. Breakfast was buffet style, which was good, catered for everyone, fruit, cereals, full English, pancakes and Danish pastries. Cheeses and meats if required. Staff very helpful. We used the park and ride 300 service to get in and out of the city as it was only round the corner from the hotel.
Cost of the car park, however in hindsight £8 per day is not bad for near a major city centre. Air con wasn't that cold, but it was seriously hot when we stayed, so probably struggled a bit.
