Very Good
The location was excellent for exploring Henley, the room was beautiful and the staff, in particular the bartender was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in helping us choose a wine.
The car park is extremely small and on arrival it was full so had to find alternative parking, to be fair we were told its first come. We arrived 30 minutes early and wasn’t allowed to check in, it would have been nice if they could at least check if the room was ready before just saying “no”

Classic Hotel du Vin room - which is to say spacious, elegant and well appointed. Everything is good quality especially the bed linen. Delicious meal, excellent wine and a lovely waiter.
We booked a dinner b&b package but there were a few hidden extras that weren't included which meant the final bill was a bit more than I anticipated. My fault tbh, I didn't check / fully understand what was extra. Just be aware. Even so it was still good value given the quality of the accommodation and food. Our room had scaffolding outside it due to renovations but it was not in use whilst we occupied the room.

Only issue was the mattress as it was 2x single beds zipped together and the mattresses weren’t flush so there was a large ridge - otherwise great

We’d suggest you create some sort of night light for the bathroom as it’s dark and hard to find in the middle of the night.

Good fresh decor, good bed, great location. Good to drop off baggage.
Shower controls too fiddly. Staff though very nice were not trained enough.
Reception staff heads/faces need to be above computer screens visible with a welcoming smile.
No lift.

Beautiful boutique style hotel. Large rooms with excellent facilities. Very comfortable. And great breakfast.
Didn’t know there were no lifts. We were ok though 2nd and 3rd floor have steep long stairs so anyone with mobility issues beware. Also lack of parking an issue for some.

Incredible team, especially reception staff and restaurant team. Rukesh looked after us and our wedding guests and made our day extra special.
Riverview Signature Suite was divine.
It was a heatwave and the aircon wasn’t quite managing to cool the room down.
