Fair
Very picturesque, active farm with horse riding and other activities. The grounds were well maintained,
Was not clean enough. Hair on the carpet, glass weren’t clean, TV remote dusty, mildew and mould in the shower.

Exceptional
The room was lovely and quiet, and very spacious. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, and the staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily recommend it.
The only disappointin
g aspect of the stay was the location. The hotel was situated on one side of a dual carriageway, meaning you had to drive all the way to the roundabout and come back down the other side to reach your destination. This could result in delays of 10–15 minutes in traffic. Other than this inconvenience, there was very little to fault about the place.

Very Good
*Cosy room
*Nice view
*Very clean
*Great breakfast
Love that the owners had put together an information pack about tourist attractions around the area, distance to bus stops, restaurant recommendations and even the exact prices of some taxi fares.
The only fault that we can give is that the TV didn't work in the room, not an issue as we were only there for one night but if a guest is staying longer this may be an issue.

Wonderful
Laura sent very concrete instruction beforhand that ensured a very smooth late checkin on the day.
Room is nice with artistic design and clean. Breakfast is nice and we walked around the farm after having the breakfast.
We drove a car there and very easy for parking in the yard.

Good
Location was great. Near JR and Summertown.
Lovely quiet area.
Breakfast was indeed very good.
It’s my first time staying at a B&B which before arriving I did not appreciate its difference to a hotel.
There is a set of narrow stairs up to a very small landing, which leads into a small room with a lovely view.
The bed was also small. I think overall it was ok but the size was just a little under represented.

Very Good
Quiet, rural, lots of space
Shower wasn’t great, our refreshments were not replenished, I would normally would also expect our bed made etc . Would have been good to know you couldn’t walk from the property to Oxford because there was no footbridge or under pass.

Location and breakfast was amazing
Due to description of garden furniture and photos I believed they were all ground floor and as I am disabled the room was on 1st floor, usually I always check so perhaps add in description, BUT host tried really hard to remedy

Pleasant
Lovely sized room with a super comfortable bed. Staff were nice.
Not that good a location as there's nothing around to walk to or do on the property. You can't check in until 4 and it's quite expensive so not really very good value for money.
