The location was ideal with views of the river and the many varied boats cruising by. The room was comfortable and the shower was excellent!
Too many stairs to reach the third floor room, but staff helped with our luggage.

I loved this hotel, very clean room, the most beautiful views of the river ,bridge and boats. The staff is great and professional. The breakfast is wonderful. The location is very good walking distance to Christ church and the Ashmolean Museum

Fantastic breakfast, with lots of cereals, breads etc, plus made to order English breakfast or any part thereof. Beautiful location along the riverside, and a short walk into the centre of town. We took a direct bus from LHR, and got off just 5 minutes walk from the Inn. We arrived early in the day, and were able to leave our luggage at the front desk while we explored the town.

Nice location, good breakfast and comfortable room. I loved the idea of complimentary fresh milk and cooled water available in the room along with Nespresso machine and tea making devices. And hot chocolate & a nice selection of teas.

The room was large with comfortable twin beds. It was a quiet location near everything we wanted to do. We took a boat ride down the Thames with the boat being right across from the hotel. The outdoor eating area was great as was the food.

We loved the location and the vibe, easy to walk into town and all the colleges. Food was lovely and the rooms were spacious and clean, also with AC. All the staff were extremely helpful, especially Zoe who helped us resolve some rental car issues - she is a star!

The room was incredible! I stayed in the Michael Palin room. It was well air conditioned on very hot days. There were many beautiful details, such as cute signs in the room. They even had dog treats in the hallway. On one of the days, I heard loud, live music from my room. I looked out my window and there was a man singing and playing guitar adjacent to my window. This was quite fun!
At breakfast, the service was very slow because there was only one server. We were permitted to order an item off the menu, but 2 of the 3 days, a server didn't come up to me and so I didn't do so. This was partly because I had limited time. The restaurant where breakfast is served had Reserved signs on most of the tables and so it was challenging to find a table that wasn't "reserved". Note that there is no elevator and so you'll have to haul luggage to your room. The restaurant is busy and loud and so this is not the place to stay if you need to work in your room during the day.
