Clean comfortable room staff friendly
Plug was not working in one of our rooms and no towel rail under sink. Ran out of fruit at breakfast asked for more and was told none available. The following day there was a bowl of fruit but the apple in it was going brown.

Location really suited us - away from city centre; quiet, no noise, no traffic but very convenient for fast and frequent bus route into city centre and free parking.
Hotel staff were great - friendly and helpful; excellent service with a smile.
Very good breakfast - wide choice of food; continental, yoghurt, cereal, porridge, fruit salad, waffles and well cooked English breakfast.
Room was really clean.
Almost nothing! The only improvement I could suggest would be a slightly wider choice on the 24/7 snack menu if you wanted something to eat in the evening at the hotel (choice is basically pizza or chicken wings).

Staff super friendly, room perfectly clean, love the peace & quiet. Really worth it despite being out of the town.
I think they've scaled back the breakfast vs. how it was in the past - less options, less attention to it. Otherwise still a good deal just as I've experienced it a few times in the past if you compare it is isn't what it was.

Very happy with this hotel. The staff were excellent and the room very pleasant.
The park and ride bus to Oxford is just across the road making this a perfect location to visit the city.
Breakfast is very good as is the large car park.
There is also a stadium just across the road which would be handy if watching a game.

Perfect location out of the chaos of Oxford but within easy access of the red bridge park and ride. Lovely rooms, great staff and a wonderful selection for breakfast. A short ride to Sandford on Thames for a fabulous meal at the riverside Kings Arms Pub was a highlight of our stay.

The room was generally clean and tidy. the internal appearance of the hotel is good. Staff were helpful. appearance of the hotek is good. This is not a 5 star result
There are no good options for food. At all. there is over priced pizza or chickne wings. the resturants in the adjacent leasiure facilities are low quality fried food Either take something or be prepared to dine further afield.
Some attention is needed in the shower on bottom of the screen where there is visible mould.
the breakfast was ok, but could have really done with a clean up, as it was becoming messy as a lot of users.
