The size of the car park, the location
The shower tray was blocked so as soon as it filled you had to stop showing, which meant that only one person could take a shower for a limited time. As a platinum elite member nothing was mentioned or offered, not sure how the points system now works.

Our time at voco Oxford was great. All facilities were excellent and we particularly liked the swimming pool, sauna and gym. The staff were friendly and provided us with some great recommendations of places to visit. We also had a morning walk along the beautiful river, which made our stay even more relaxing. Overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. We will be back, for sure. I would highly recommend travelling in a private car, as the public transport options are not that convenient.

Very comfortable rooms many with view of gardens & grounds. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant. Can walk to pub next to Sanford Lock and walk down Thames path. frequent, clean, new electric bus from end of drive into Oxford. Good bathrooms, charging points & TV in rooms. Quick room service, Excellent air conditioning (was VERY hot that weekend!)
IHG central booking told name they don't always recognise Booking.com at the hotel ,.. but they do and our stay was at least 1/3rd cheaper by using Booking.com.
