Rooms are spacious but the beds were softer than we prefer. Breakfast is a self service buffet but good selection and fresh.
We ate in the hotel both nights. The set menu was very average the a la carte was significantly better.

Excellent location, great for walking on the Thames toe path into the city. Rooms nice & clean with nice views of the gardens. Pool & spa good & worthwhile using. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice.
Bedroom walls rather thin so soundproofing not the best.

Staff were wonderful and welcoming. Place was immaculate. We had noisy guests in the room above us in our original room and were promptly moved to another room by the very helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious with a bountiful array of options.
Extra for paid parking when there was ample available, and no notice of the added cost was frustrating.

staff went above and beyond to help .. I lost my ear ring in the room and the reception staff found dit and called me to say it was safe . Really lovely reception team .
Gym .. no one to help to show me how I could get into the space ie lock number to enter gym not well informed

Lovely stay, clean and rooms were modernised with a balcony.
Only downside is you have to pay for parking & the jacuzzi which is advertised in the photos is no longer available and has been blocked up which was partly why we decided to book this hotel. This was a let down for us :(
