The manager was very friendly and helpful. There was breakfast which was very nice as well. I would say it has an antique vibe to it but was very clean nevertheless.

It was great that they provided breakfast. Location was quiet and convenient. It was great that we could check in early and drop our bags off.
Toilet was a bit confusing to flush.

Great location near bus stops with easy access to the city centre! A quaint property. Lovely breakfast.
Unfortunately the beds really are showing their age. The box beds squeak quite loudly and on one side of the bed it was quite recessed, so the bed dipped down at the edges. Also the pillows were extremely flat. A refresh of the beds and pillows is needed.

It was a typical b&b which we love, very quaint
A small gripe. The room was so hot when trying to sleep. I had a wet towel over my legs to try and cool down. There should have been a fan provided. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Staff very nice

Beautiful room host was great. Bus stop right outside property 10 mins into Oxford. No full English breakfast but the continental one was awesome would 100% stay there again.
If I was being really picky mini fridge was a bit noisy and there's no where to put you shower gel when talking shower
