Friendly staff and good location for visiting Oxford.
Shower didn’t work; bedside lights didn’t work; toilet seat wasn’t fixed to the toilet; room was small and cramped and not represented accurately from the photo we saw online.

The mattress was too soft. In the morning, we could feel that the mattress was bending more on one side than the other. We could not sleep due to this.

Location was very easy to get to and from with the lovely Lye Valley Nature Reserve a minute away. Emma was a fantastic host with a very approachable nature and took care of anything I needed or any questions I had. The rooms have their own private bathroom and are cleaned regularly with a TV available and I loved that there was a full sized mirror too.
Smallest thing but I'd love a clock in the room so I don't have to rely on my phone to know the time. Other than that it was perfect
