Spacious family room. Shower good. Breakfast excellent. Bar/lounge area good.
Only two 3-pin sockets! (I did discover belatedly, after pulling the two single beds away from the wall there was another socket!) Only one chair in a family room for three pople!

Location
Lighting was poor.
No place to hang towels in the bathroom, not even the hand towel.
Toilet roll was located behind the toilet so you had to be a contortionist to reach it. The bed was low and on the hard side and the duvet wasn't big enough

Seems a lottery which room you get and the quality ranging from view of the golf course to a window not worth having
The much poorer quality room for the same price as a high quality room - room yesterday had two accessible plug sockets so could only have a combination of tv, fan, phone charging or kettle - not great at all for the price

The staff in this hotel were amazing, really friendly and welcoming. The evening food was amazing, but the continental breakfast choice was not great, especially for kids. Cooked breakfast was good and could have been loads better with hash browns. :)
The room was big and tidy but the bathroom had been neglected. The basin taps still had someone else's tooth paste all over it as did the splashbacks, the toilet roll holder was loose and we had a friendly long legged spider in there too.
I do need to add, I did not complain or make a fuss and perhaps I should have but for the sake of my child who was tired, I didn't.

The best part of our stay were the staff. They were most friendly and helpful. They all really made a lasting impression on our minds.

The room was spacious, the staff were friendly and amenable. The location was excellent. The cooked breakfast was adequate, although there was a larger option for more money. Some of the sporting guests were a little bumptious and loud, perhaps to be expected at a golf hotel.
The table d'hôte menu was a disappointment. Overall, the food was hit and miss, some very good, some a little overpriced. Portion sizes varied, from undersized to generous. Not very consistent.

Breakfast was delicious. Best poached eggs I have EVER had. Service was great. Coming again over Easter and will book evening meal too.
Noisy kids in next room! But can't blame hotel for that!
