The rooms were clean and comfortable with a good breakfast and friendly staff.
We had to use the rear entrance and not the main reception entrance to access and exit the property. The TV didn’t work properly.

Lovely hotel & restaurant in a great location. Very clean, the staff were friendly & the food was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
A minor detail, but the en-suite in the room we stayed in was a little small with quite dim lighting. Only an issue because my husband is visually impaired.

Disappointing
No one was there for us to check in, had to wait 20mins before anyone showed up, then he was pretty dismissive. Room was nice enough, with everything you need, so no complaints there. Checking out was an odd experience, we were 1 min after the 10am check out time, they took the key off me and tried shutting the door in my face, I then requested to leave our car in the carpark for a couple of hours after checking out (paid for of course) and was rudely told we have to leave because they were locking up.

Nitpicking really, only 1 glass in the room for two people. Some biscuits would have been nice to go with the tea.

Staff were very pleasant, Inn was clean tidy and well presented. Secure car park and late night entry to accommodation. Easy access to city centre and theatre. Very quiet for its location.
Room was cold when we first got there, but soon warmed up.

Room 6.Comfortable bed and clean bedding. Great location. Free secure car parking. Food was of good standards. Polite and good service from the staff.
Room 6. Could do with more seating as only the bed and small stool in the room. More waste bins as there was only one in the bathroom and none in the main room by the tea making facilities. The hot water was extremely hot and burnt the wife's hand. Cold water was hot requiring it to be run for a while and wasted a lot of water. Out of date uht milk which was replaced. Roof blind hard to close. Dirty towel found covered in make up left in a draw.

Clean and comfortable room with easy walk of Norwich center. Nice shower and good bed. Lovely cooked to order full English breakfast with a proper mug of fresh coffee for breakfast. Car parking on site. Will stay again

Easy to find Parking was good Room was Big. Ample tea Coffee. Bed comfortable. Shower excellent powerfull and plenty hot water.
A little early check out 10 am if weekends. Are your trip stays. Car park closes early Sundays so make sure you ask first.
