The locatin at the heart of Norwich is suerb, and the room was beutifully appointed. Having dedicated parking was also a godsend.
The breafast was fine, but unexceptional.

Comfy bed, clean, good size room. Nice bathroom with good quality towels and cleansing products. Good breakfast. Quiet
Nothing really. Had to ask for tea and coffee service during breakfast however it was fairly busy in the restaurant.

Location. Free Bentley tour of town. Size of room.
Room smelt of smoke from previous guest. Staff had tried to cover smell and left window open to air room. Room was located very far from reception, ok for us but not suitable for elderly guests.

The location, breakfast, check-in/check-out and cleanliness. Small bottles of water in the room.
The overall room and bathroom interior space organization and design. There was no space to fully open my cabin suitcase. There was a space left under the entry door, the distance from the door to the bed i think itvwas below 1m and decreasing, noise from the interior court. Lack of attention to details: the coffee cups at breakfast were dirty even though probably machine washed, etc

Hotel was beautiful. Staff were great. Location was fantastic.
Other guests were noisy and inconsiderate. Doors banging and people shouting all through the night until 6am where it went quiet until 9am when people started leaving their rooms. No fault of the hotel just luck of the draw.

The location and the breakfast.
The room was very small, my husband could barely get out of bed as it was so close to the wall. It wasn’t luxurious and there were no small niceties. Hand soap was a small bar, no shower cap, etc. It was very expensive for what you got.

Location to what we needed to be close to
The staff were fantastic, very friendly helpful and remembered on check out that we went to an event this was a lovely touch
The ear plugs in the room should have been a sign, it was very loud outside and also the inside guests were also non respective of others; which was a pity. For the price of the room for one night we woke up quite tired.
The room was dated and the doors squeaked on the cupboards, the handles were worn and the room didn't feel as spacious as I expected.

This is a Hotel with a long history and an excellent reputation.
A golfing friend of mine who used to be a senior member of Barclays Bank in Norwich in the 70's said that the hotel was an excellent place to stay , with a fine restaurant, service and a focal point of Norwich.
He was not wrong. We had a wonderful time / experience. Should we be in Norwich again we would definitely book your hotel again. Thanks
