Everything worked well,the shower, air con, nice little selection for breakfast , we parked 5m from our door, the walks along the river path to the train station or city centre with some nice pubs and food was very enjoyable
The roundabout was a little noisy, walking any where you have to negotiate the busy roundabout, train station is a 15 min walk and the city centre is a 25 min walk, although there is a bus stop 200m away we didn't use it.

The staff were outstanding! The manager at the time went above and beyond for our family. Provided us fresh bread and breakfast for our entire family and helped out at ever turn including parking. The service simply made the stay perfect

Great self contained space, air con was a god send, staff were friendly and it was great you allowed us to leave our bags with you after check out whilst we explored Norwich. Would definitely come again!
Small towels provided would have been great if these were a little bigger.
