The breakfasts were excellent and well presented,
The room was perfectly adequate but the bathroom, although spotlessly clean, was a little smaller than we would have liked.
The bed was comfortable and linens spotlessly clean. Paul is a friendly, sociable and excellent host, being very knowledgeable about places to visit in the area.
The only comment would be the provision of a few more clothes hangers.

The location is beautiful, facilities fantastic, clean and well organised. I found my bed a bit spongy, I prefer a stiffer bed but it may wel suit someone else.
The owner is very friendly and provides great information and guidance. Overall I am very happy with the experience.

Set in beautiful countryside, 15 minutes from Snetterton race Circuit. Paul is a lovely chatty man full of recommendations of where to go and eat. It has been one of the best places I've stayed at.

Beautiful property in a peaceful location not far from all amenities. We stay here at least once a year and the host always looks after his guests. Highly recommend.

The heating was on a timer, so I personally love the room to be boiling hot after a long day at the race track.
It would've been nice to have it on constantly through the night.

The breakfast was really tasty and incredibly good value and all locally sourced! The staff were so kind and talkative and attentive, there’s a town around a 8 minute drive away with gorgeous pubs. I went for a race team and it’s only 15 minutes away from snetterton circuit. Great place I would go again. The photo of the lake is a really nice pub only 7 minute drive away!

Nothing - if you like a quiet country spot with an excellent breakfast, this place is well worth the money.

We stayed for a race weekend at Snetterton so the location was OK, less then 20 minutes from the circuit. The room was clean and the beds fairly comfy. The location was nice and quiet The bathroom unfortunately only had the shower attached to the taps and without a hook on the wall was not ideal. Overall was adequate for the price paid.
