Very Good
Very comfortable, good location and courteous staff, great breakfast and service altogether
I liked everything except that the Restorant was closed for dinner on Sunday but the advert sign for dinner was still out when we left early in the day. We walked 45 min across town to try some of the specials which looked interesting, just to be told that the Restorant is closed on Sunday. But why the advert that it is open??

Fantastic old historical room but with all modern comforts
Its an old building, and some of the corridors / stairs have a more old fashioned, run down feeling

Super friendly and helpful staff and the lobby, restaurant of the area is lovely and in a very central location!
Whilst our room was immaculately clean there were a lot of paint chips and marks all over the skirting boards which whilst only a minor aesthetic issue did make the room appear more budget than it actually was.

Amazing building with a lot of history and beautiful decor and furnishings throughout. Our room/suite was spacious and felt really luxurious and made for a very special stay. Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was superb. We didn't get around to visiting the restaurant for dinner but that's going on the list for next time as the menu looks fab and it's great to see Irish cuisine centred with refined takes on hearty classics. No air con (I imagine it's a real challenge to install it in an historic building) but the fan in the room was brilliant and kept us cool overnight. Really impressed - we'll be back!

Great location, friendly a d helpful staff, nice spacoius room.
The breakfast portions were inconsistent - one cook opting to give less than the other - who else serves half a mushroom lol?!

Great spot day access to everything in Norwich, convenient parking, which you have to pay for.
Nothing really, seems to be undergoing a refresh, which will be good when completed.

Delicious breakfast and superb menu. The manager was ever present and highly attentive. I was impressed by the staff training and the general care shown to guests.
Better pillows.
