Good location for exploring Norwich and the broads.
Gym and pool was useful.
Hotel was tired and didn’t meet expectations. The room was noisy from passing guests, external fans and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Location, ambiance of hotel
Went for a cosy room for firdt time but regretted it. Previous room had bigger bed and was in other side if hotel. Shower was not so good and shower edging was not clean. Disappointing

property was lovely has the potential tribute a very lovely hotel and I would say it is it’s just the attention to detail there isn’t there we walked around the grounds. There was glasses everywhere and bottles from the wedding that obviously happened at the weekend and our room, which looked clean on the surface but under the bed I’ve never seen dust like it and around the hotel I noticed that edges of things weren’t clean and stairs and the windows were filthy
as above the hotel is lovely, but under the surface it needs a lot of attention to detail and needs to be cleaner

Not a lot Bart what you should expect spending that sort of money
The mould on curtains and being ripped room not clean and not getting a cleaning service at weekends.my partner recently had a heart attack a month ago and this was ment to be a relaxing time for her to recover,even thought The manager was good offered breakfast we had to have the girl receptionist do half a clean on our room and then to tear the mouldy rip curtains down by her was ridiculous. This topped off by a ridiculous night of drunk parallactic people arguing and smashing doors down on the Saturday night. The night porter didn’t nothing and I was not only one complaining going to the reception desk in the morning. Had the worst 3 days when I wanted the best recovery for my partner . She didn’t sleep and caused another episode. Absolutely disgusting and disappointed. I feel robbed

It generally looks tiered in many places and room was small with no wardrobe 2 old dans no air conditioning

I love it here. Stayed 3 times in the last week!
The room we had didn’t have a fridge- luckily I didn’t have work the next day as my last stay I kept my lunch in the fridge. And then the light in the bathroom was flickering so much. And the flush on the toilet was I’m assuming slightly broken as it was very hard to push.
