Wonderful
Very easy check-in process! I needed a late check-out and was able to email/message staff to request it, and was accommodated no hesitation. The room was so cute & comfortable! I had everything I needed for 4 nights, including a washer. There was even a fan since it was warm when I visited! The room was mostly clean, a bit of dust and cobwebs here and there, but nothing that bothered me too much. The neighborhood is beautiful and it's within walking distance to the town center, with shopping, restaurants, cafe, and market all nearby. Overall, I had a lovely stay, and would absolutely book again!!

We had a quiet space even with the window open at night and the bed was comfortable. The location was good and a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre.
Supposed to be a studio apartment, but limited space, no chairs or a table. We picniced sitting on the bed, but not ideal if staying more than 1 night. No spare loo roll and the one we had had only a third left on it. The towels were clean, but very tatty. All a little down at heel.

Beautiful property, cosy room. Well decorated & finished lovely hot water in the shower!
Our room was Norwich castle and we were missing any good sized plates to be able to eat breakfast from and we had only 1 mug water glass & wine glass. Had we noticed this in arrival we would have called to say but as it was as we were leaving it seemed too late.
We also noticed when we arrived that the tv remote batteries had ran out so had to go to Tesco to get some .

Room was spacious and plentiful. Amenities were in good standing and staff were very nice
Water pressure on the bathroom taps were awfully low. Also heard plenty of noise after 11pm quiet times on 2 of the 3 nights

A little bit noisy due to guests returning late. To be expected as it’s in a lively area. Some rooms are definitely positioned in quieter spots.

Good location, nice to have a kitchen area which was small but equipped with the basics. Comfy bed.
The apartment was not particularly clean - it was very dusty, there were cobwebs on the ceiling and the bath looked dirty. The shower door had been fitted incorrectly so it didn't close properly, meaning the floor got soaking wet when using the shower. The main door to the block of apartments was unlocked (despite us being told to use a key code to gain entry) throughout the duration of our stay which was not very secure. Additionally, the self-closing mechanism on the door into our apartment was broken.

A lot of codes to remember to get in. Lights inside a bit dim. Kitchen blind difficult to use without standing on a chair. Toilet seat precarious.

Had lovely stay at 82 easy check in, enough parking. Polite, helpful staff. Wasn't noisy at all from pub across the road. 1 criticism would to replace pillows and start using pillow protectors. Bath we had was great though and plenty of hot water. Definitely would stay again, great value.
