Beautiful property, cosy room. Well decorated & finished lovely hot water in the shower!
Our room was Norwich castle and we were missing any good sized plates to be able to eat breakfast from and we had only 1 mug water glass & wine glass. Had we noticed this in arrival we would have called to say but as it was as we were leaving it seemed too late.
We also noticed when we arrived that the tv remote batteries had ran out so had to go to Tesco to get some .

Room was spacious and plentiful. Amenities were in good standing and staff were very nice
Water pressure on the bathroom taps were awfully low. Also heard plenty of noise after 11pm quiet times on 2 of the 3 nights

Location, staff , beds, rooms are great.
A little bit noisy due to guests returning late. To be expected as it’s in a lively area. Some rooms are definitely positioned in quieter spots.

Everything ! Expecially the bath in the room I spent hours in there was so nice to chill
Tv stuck on a menu with only u tube couldn’t get on Netflix ect it was frustrating but didn’t ruin the stay

Good location, nice to have a kitchen area which was small but equipped with the basics. Comfy bed.
The apartment was not particularly clean - it was very dusty, there were cobwebs on the ceiling and the bath looked dirty. The shower door had been fitted incorrectly so it didn't close properly, meaning the floor got soaking wet when using the shower. The main door to the block of apartments was unlocked (despite us being told to use a key code to gain entry) throughout the duration of our stay which was not very secure. Additionally, the self-closing mechanism on the door into our apartment was broken.

A lot of codes to remember to get in. Lights inside a bit dim. Kitchen blind difficult to use without standing on a chair. Toilet seat precarious.

Had lovely stay at 82 easy check in, enough parking. Polite, helpful staff. Wasn't noisy at all from pub across the road. 1 criticism would to replace pillows and start using pillow protectors. Bath we had was great though and plenty of hot water. Definitely would stay again, great value.

The property is more tired than the photos show, it's not central to town.
Most importantly we had no toilet roll during our stay, this wasn't put straight after reporting on the phone or by the office when reported face to face.
When we left I suggested there should be a discount for this, the lady at reception didn't seem that concerned, said she couldn't do this and would ask her boss, we heard nothing more.

Could not gain entry as 4 digit pin did not work, no consierge. Tried to phone got through . Nothing resolved . Was told I would get a call back in minutes 10 to 15 minutes later rang and they hang up phone . No email.i spoke 3 times on the phone . Nothing got sorted and I had to scramble around to get another hotel at midnight !! Very poor customer service . Woke up to being charged for not using a room. A refund is the least i expect
