The bed.
To noisy. With the floor boards squeaking Evey time someone comes in and out. You can hear other people in their rooms through the walls and people in and out all night. Would 100% not recommend this place.

Went to a rave at the waterfront, booked 3 rooms. Our room a twin was spot on however be mindful the loo and shower is the other end of a corridor. 2nd room was a double,looked nice bit wardrobe shelf was borderline broken, 3rd room I didn't see but our friend said it reeked of stale cigarettes which has also been pointed out on other reviews. Cheap £44 for each room. 5min or so walk to the waterfront venue.
Trip to the toilet from room 1 but fair enough, 1 of the rooms stunk of cigarette.

I had to go into the busy restaurant downstairs when I first arrived. It took them a little while to show me to my room.

Interior of place is bit like a 'rabbit warren' but getting around is made very easy by ample splendid/clear direction signs at every turning.
Efficient no fuss dealing with the only member of staff i met on my arrival, quickly explaining use of exterior & bedroom door pass card.
Availability of a simple chair in the bedroom would have been good.
