Staff and Owner were just amazing and wonderfully welcoming of us and our new Beagle, Bonnie. Rooms with balcony overlooking the water - truely amazing and wonderful. Lovely comfy beds and pillow. Paid for doggy, but got a bed, blanket, treats, poo bags, water bowls and a towel - great & would definitely come and stay again. Food was lovely. Breakfast was amazing.
There was nothing to dislike - it was AMAZING.

Well from arrival and meeting the fantastic Enrique who was so helpful, it’s been a perfect stay! What a joy, a G&T on arrival, a nightcap on the private balcony followed by the best nights sleep, quiet and very comfortable ? Lovely bathroom with everything you need and more, then down for a SUPERB breakfast served by the very attentive Lisa. Also briefly met the lady at the top that makes it all happen, great people - fantastic hotel! - THANK YOU ALL ? In summary don’t hesitate they make sure you have a great stay! ?

Definitely exceeded our expectations. Great staff, food and accommodation. Spotlessly clean rooms and very comfortable.
Very little, if i were being picky i would say that the main bar furniture needs a little updating but this is very minor.

I like the location (by the river) and its interior. Staff is very kind and attentive and looked after us well (including our dog !) We spent a very good fay in Wroxham because of this nice hotel.
I don't remember something particularly dislike. Probably hotel place is slightly difficult to find at first.

Stairs were dangerous coffee was cold at breakfast no walks shower did not give hot water it was always only just warm no fridge in room very rare to see anyone on reception
