The room was big and the beds were comfortabl. the food was of a very high standard and I was surprised more people didn't use the restaurant. The satff were very friendly anasd couldn't have been more help when you asked something of them. I knew there was a pool ther but didn't know about the gym, hot tub or steam room which was a very pleasant surprise makingthe saty more enjoyable and relaxing.
Nothing it was a tremendous stay. perfectly located for my needs.

Front desk at Ipswich Road Holiday Inn were exceptional - mature chap who handled the reservation was very pleasant, which was welcomed after an arduous 5 hour drive!
I stay fairly often and although I didn’t use the bar for food this time, it’s worth mentioning that, there is one female bar manager who goes out of her way to help me, being gluten free etc, but she’s also very pleasant. It’s the first review I’ve done so it’s worth empathising that, it’s evident your staff are not only caring but passionate about their roles. Thank you!

Good location for airport. A good breakfast before early flight. Good transport links to airport.

The only issue I had was the wate was luke warm at best and a hot bath would have been nice! Other than that it was perfect!

Great for a one night stopover. The baked potato and pulled pork was delicious.
The bed was so bouncy, I thought I was going to be seasick!
It wasn't the cleanest. The cups and plates needed a wash.

Staff were very friendly, very good parking available. When I had an issue with the air-con in my room, this was resolved by staff. Breakfast was nice.
Room was dirty, and despite requesting a double bed this was not provided. The aircon did not work and the room was very hot, however staff did manage to resolve this. Also, was advised that food could not be served for dinner between 7pm - 8pm. When I went down at 8pm, many dishes were unavailable, and the food quality was very poor. Considering the price, this was not value for money at all, and would not stay again.

Wonderful
We liked how relaxed the staff were, not standing on ceremony but still very professional and most helpful. It was very clean everywhere. 10/10 for breakfast. The pool and other facilities were great.
The restaurant didn't have the vegan dish I wanted but happily returned my payment. So it was tiring to have to go out to get a meal elsewhere after a long journey.
